i would change all the walls to white, change the carpets to some new carpets. changed the lights. i would keep the gym saves on buying membership. i like the backyard i can see myself mediating out there

for the basement, If I could suggest, I would exchange the gym (the one with mirror) to the other bedroom. Like I will purposely turn that bedroom to the gym, the first side will have the gym equipments, and the second one inside will have that mirror for dancing, zumba, etc. (or vice versa). The gym will be the bedroom coz we all know that a bedroom should have windows right? the one with the wine cabinet, will turn into little kitchenette, one with the sitting there will transfer the door there from the gym room and close that door to be a wall. Have a small round table for 2-4 chairs.. and the one with the cinema looking will be a cozy entertainment room. Like with couch that you could lay down, bigger tv and great surround sound system too. it is just my suggestion.
