Northlane continuously breaks boundaries within this genre with every single album they release. This band is an absolute staple to the genre. Jon Deiley truly doesn’t get the recognition he deserves as a songwriter. Truly brilliant.

This is so creative..The car represents time..And at first the guy is just running with no car in sight and thinking that it could never get to him, he stops as if to slow down and from a distance the car(time) appears but still seems far off...and then in the instance as he tries to run from it, it catches up with within no time. That's basically how life works and time moves.

The Fucking Sound of Australia. I'm italian and i really love the whole rock/prg/metal scene from that beautiful country which i was lucky to visit . There's something special coming out from this country musically speaking...the songwriting...the sense of melody....this song is so fucking Australian to me. So good.
Especially considering that Adrian's singing technique was nowhere close to Marcus's. I get that nostalgia's a reason and that maybe some old fans just don't like the new style, but you don't have to like the music in order to acknowledge it.
Right at the beginning when Node came out, I admit I was a bit disappointed because I missed the old technical metalcore vibe and also didn't really like Marcus' raw sounding screams (it sounded to me like he hurts his throat doing these)... but after I saw them life the first time with Marcus, I instantly went back and listened to Node and suddenly liked it. It really took that live performance for me to really appreciate the clean singing and accept their new style - but now I love everything they put out.

I like the song i sure, but i think they should expand it further because for example bmth, architecs, and a lot of other bands adopted the edm sound on metal. that's why I think the band should take another turn to achieve their unique sound.
I love the video! I really like videos that don't have huge investments in them, but they still look awesome. Old clothes, running on the street, nothing fancy and it still looks awesome. I am almost sure, that the car at the end, was some absolutely random dude and the guys on the (most likely) pickup truck were waving their hands "Hold on for a second, we're shooting a video" and at the end, including that filter where everything seems darker, makes the video *even more awesome*

I like the song i sure, but i think they should expand it further because for example bmth, architecs, and a lot of other bands adopted the edm sound on metal. that's why I think the band should take another turn to achieve their unique sound.

I really like videos that don't have huge investments in them, but they still look awesome. Old clothes, running on the street, nothing fancy and it still looks awesome.
I am almost sure, that the car at the end, was some absolutely random dude and the guys on the (most likely) pickup truck were waving their hands "Hold on for a second, we're shooting a video" and at the end, including that filter where everything seems darker, makes the video *even more awesome*
