I love Bad Omens, but please make more heavy shit like this. It's perfection.
I enjoy the heavier parts of their slower songs, like "like a villain" and "death of peace of mind," but this goes so unimagibley hard, it makes me want to throw my phone through the window pane.
Their lighter songs make me really appreciate their heavy songs. Ita a nice balance

My Wifey got me listening to Bad Omens.. I literally only started listening to them within the last 3 months or so.. she popped my Bad Omens Cherry. 🤣🤣 lmao
Seriously, I thought there was two different vocalists because of that very range.. and I’m genuinely shook. He’s got Chester Bennington’s range, with Corey Taylor or even Maynard Keenan’s rasp.. this whole album has been an experience because the sounds are all over the place, musically. They draw from so many different inspiration-pools that its genuinely difficult to pin-point their “Genre” even though I’m leaning towards Hard Rock or genuine Metal.
But the band’s musical fluidity is honestly interesting, as well as inspiring from a rookie musician standpoint…
This, “IDWT$” and “DEATH OF PEACE OF MIND” are my three favourite “put on repeat and leave it for 8hrs straight” songs off the album, even though the whole album is amazing!
Gonna have to go through the back catalogue now. 🤘🏼🤘🏼

Dude, this album in general is just so full of incredible songs with a variety of sounds. Discovered this band like less than a week ago and they have quickly moved into my top 3. Props to the band in full but Noah has such an incredibly diverse voice in what he can do that he almost sounds like 2 or 3 different singers in a single song sometimes.

The versatility with this band is insane. Listening to this and "Never Know - unplugged" for instance, can't believe it's the same band.
The unplugged stuff is amazing, Imminence do a similar thing and its like is this even the same band.

Obsessed. Just saw them in Pittsburgh last night on the Voyeurist tour. Underoath, Spiritbox, Bad Omens, and Stray from the Path. Bad Omens and Spiritbox were the highlight for me. His voice is soooo incredible. Huge fan now.
We saw them back in November with INK and then last friday in MD and they were amazing both times, same with SB

Yeah i was a little disappointed with the lack of heavy songs on it but the album was still great overall.

@@daltonevans3412 Noah has stated that while he does love metal music, it all sounds the same to him, he also likes pop and rap. This album was their way of venturing through different genres-- kind of like Bring Me The Horizon. He knew people weren't gonna like the album because it's not as heavy as their previous albums, but his method of using heavy vocals depends on the song itself.

I started off by thinking you guys were a cheap BMTH look alike band and holy shit did i swallow my words. Now it feels like bands nowadays want to be as badass as Bad Omens.
just a few days ago, i decided to take a step into the metal/rock genre, and this is one of the first songs ive heard. a lot of rock influence was in hip-hop, and i loved that element so i decided to listen to some raw tunes, and man, im not disappointed at all!
