Thanks a lot for the awesome content. For tax deed sale in california, can you do the quiet title action right after the sale? or you have to wait a year before doing the quiet title action? Thanks in advance.

Great video and points. I mostly shoot for 60-80 percent of zillow or realtor estimates and only in areas I visit

the sellers, the county, don't care if you overbid. Usually, a small note "buyer beware" and "do your due dillagence" is usually given but online auctions please the seller, not the buyers.

True enough David! They will often send you your money back but it can take some time!

This has been my biggest question (quiet title). I purchased a piece of property and the Title Search was done wrong by the county's Title company. It wont yield that much money. Where, i guess online could I sell it. Are these deals usually back lashes?

Hey Justin! We also do our own title research for that specific reason, or hire out a third party. In our experience the county has never really done title well. What state where you in/what title company?

      American Title Company

People will find ways no matter what. Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Poor Dad actually recommended tax liens.

I noticed that at least 2 of your videos are being filmed in Canada. How does Canada deal with it's tax delinquent properties?

Good eye! Canada is different because the mortgages aren't wiped out, so you wouldn't be getting quite the same deal. But we also encourage people to have a look and see what the rules are in the city/province they are looking in :)

Hate to say it, but when everyone creates these shows telling people how easy it is to buy tax liens or Wholesale, then it creates an incredible amount of competition as people just can't stop talking about the money they are making and telling people that they can quit their job in 6months

Yeah. You'll definitely run into that. That's why we keep going to different sales. Keep trying to find those diamonds in the rough!
