    That Rattlesnake Ridge is up around Donner Pass, that a pretty area up there,
    I seen it was off I80, looks to be east of Sacramento, because Yuba City, is north of Sac.
    Google Earth, would help to figure out what is behind that line of trees,... 😊

    And if your that close in street view, just exit street view and swipe towards the area of interest. Beware, County's will auction wetlands, Hazardous sites, unbuildable lots. They just keep selling some lots over and over. When the winner figures out they got burned, doesn't pay taxes, then it goes up for auction again in seven years.

    I am not interested in buying this property! I noticed this property has no easement? How do you figure out this, also the property has a state lien, you said you would get into it.

      Hey Luis! A lot the time you'll have to get into the actual deed to the property to see if there is an easement or road access written in the actual deed - If not, you'd probably want ot stay away from it, or if you could afford it and it make sense, build a road in - but that can get pricey!
      It depends on what kind of lien it is - that's where a title search could come in handy, to see if that lien would get wiped out or not!

    Hello just to say I believe both of you are right! But you can also do a short title search and some liens can pending on the circumstance of the history the liens can be subordinated too. Just wanted to help out. Thank you.
