My braces journey is going really well, I'm slowly getting use to the braces and cleaning them and as well as my teeth too!😊
I find the orthodontic flosser painful and cannot get in properly in between my teeth so I still use traditional flosser once in a while
What is the correct name of the floss specifically for those with braces?
Also, what did she mean about usingbthe mouthwash at a different time from brushing your teeth?
PLATYPUS FLOSSERS. Toothpaste contains higher concentrations of fluoride than mouth wash. When you leave the toothpaste on your teeth (without) rinsing; you add extra protection and remineralizes the teeth. If you use mouthwash directly after, you wash away the tooth paste.

@@masqueradesxxmisfits3300 Or brush your teeth first wait about 3-4 hours and then use it. My orthodontist tells me it’s best to wait 30-40 minutes after brushing to get the full benefits of the toothpaste.
