Thank you for this demonstrated video! I got my braces yesterday and my orthodontist explained to me how to clean my teeth, I’m just trying to find a routine using what I have (which most videos do) and know what to actually do with some of these things Eating and cleaning is a pain right now because the braces in my mouth are basically foreign to me, and also I’m in pain around in each tooth lol.

I just got my braces yesterday and in my top back teeth they are filled with something that doesn’t let me shut my mouth fully just wanted to see if you knew what it was
Hi Dr Sadek! I just got braces today and your video was very helpful. I find strong floss difficult to use and use a waterpik instead. Is it sufficient and should I still use string floss?
Hi Jennifer! Thanks for watching, yes I would say the normal floss can be used as an alternative the the stiffer floss, they are both doing the same job 💖

I waterfloss, floss, use mouthwash,use those small brushes round my brackets and brush every night

Can i brush more than twice a day? I had lot of decay and im worried that they might progress
My orthodontist told me to brush 3 times a day
