Very nice livingroom and kitchen. First bedroom very small. I would use it as an office. Very nice home. Even though I'm alone it's still too small for me. Thank you for the tour.
I like the blue/green cabinet color. I'd like to see the whole kitchen in that cabinet color. I enjoy looking at all types of homes. I think they call this size a mini mansion. I love the idioms they call mobile homes now. And, having them built as a manufactured home is much nicer. I could live in one as long as it's not in tornado alley. I do tend to like the smaller ones better.
Hey Chance and family!! By far this is one of the most attractive 2bedrm/2bath singles I have seen, it turns me on to how accommodating it is for a retired person as myself. So high end with the floor plan and color schemes. Thanks for the view. The price is not too bad neither!!?..

Tiny homes aren't 16 feet wide and seldom have a second bedroom....and certainly not a second bathroom. >There are state, county and local restrictions on land. We bought lots by the lake and were thorough in investigating what is allowed there. I would advise everyone to do the same. Personally, I love this house & think it would be perfect for me. We'll see what is available when the time is right. 😊

Wow, this is one of my favorite homes so far! I love the layout, especially with all the rooms being in the back. I love the idea of going to the kitchen without having to cut through the living room. The only thing I’d change about this home is removing the extra counter in the master bath and adding a nice tub! Other than that, I could easily see myself living in this with my son and his dad. Only thing that’s a let down is the price, but I hardly expect to see new single-wides under $100k these days. Thanks for your tours!

This house is extremely gorgeous..I'm loving the window above the kitchen A Major Plus..I love the bathroom being close to the front of the house,much convenient.. Bedrooms are a good size,not too small to move around.. Really like this S/W.. Awesome Tour Chance..😀🌞🌻☀️🌼😄

Like it. Decent layout and flow. Wish the hall door wasn't there, to give more footage for the rooms. And wish they start putting some kind of enclosure in front of the washer and dryer. Love that there are little windows in the baths. Makes it nice than walking into a dark cave bathroom. Do those little bathroom windows open in some way? I can't tell?? Thanks!

Thanks for another great tour. Appreciate all the effort and travel time you put into them. The only suggestion I might have for you is less spinning and bobbing around with the camera. Maybe look into a gimbal for the camera to steady it some. Have fun :)
I live in a 16x80 mobile home. 3 bdrm 2 bath. My rooms are so much bigger than a lot of these homes. I have a walk-in closet in master, 2 sinks with cabinets on each side. Mine & his. Living room is a good size. And the other 2 bdrms are big also. This house is beautiful but so small looking
I really like the floor plan. There are a couple minor things. I'd leave out the entertainment center. I have my own with a fireplace that would work well there. The dinning I have full overhead cabinets and drawer over base. Can't have enough drawers. I even like that offset color. Put in a divided country sink would be nice. One piece molded shower in the master with seats. Now if they put floor vents for us northerners it would be perfect. I really like the layout.
I really like the front half of the house. I like the kitchen. It would be better if it were a double wide. My county does not allow single wides, even on private property. 😒 😡

Move the master bath toilet over to where that counter is, and make the sink area a double vanity.
