I 1000% agree with you on what you said about coming at the guy at the end. I’m no mechanic by any means or a professional in this field I’m still learning and doing stuff on my own with the help of you and many other YT mechanics and my 02 and my new to me 08 has been a trainwreck but I’m learning and it’s fun. Good content man I’m tryna make my 08 a fun daily. Thanks man.
Love when you share your 48 knowledge. I just built my first a couple months ago, she's still going strong. I honestly would have never had the balls to try. But it really wasn't as hard as I made it in my mind. I have a comp 1 in my other truck, probably need a billet intermediate, and fat input here soon, she's living on the edge at this point lol. Thanks again for sharing!
Been waiting for some transmission content! Built mine using some of your videos and she’s still going strong! Can we get a diy at home engine build how to?! I wanna tackle that next. Keep it up man
I Always appreciate the "real talk" , no bs just honest opinions and quality information into building these high HP trans AND engines. I throw your videos on while in the garage and always learn something new or a better way to go about my builds ... appreciate ya brother keep em coming
Sure seems like it on social media at least. One of my trucks is gotta be mid 800 maybe 900 on a good day. And it's almost too damn much on the street, especially if roads are wet or slick. I can't even use my race tune without 4x4, and just blows the tires off at 70mph. I can't even fathom what a 1200 plus truck would feel like, I already think mine is violent.
Always here for all the content. Always enjoy the tech content and tips and tricks. That's good to hear about the case saver and the NOS options out there still.
I was terrified of breaking one as well, my rebuild kit only had 2. I did exactly what he did and lubed them up real good and closed them, then wiped the excess off so they held together and it worked great.
Genuinely curious to how the filter extension is a benefit? The deep pan is just adding a larger volume of fluid. The fluid level isn’t dropping further down due to the deeper pan? So what’s the need for the extension? If the filter is already submerged in fluid in the factory location?
Hi, my truck started to do this just now after i janked the break controller from it while it was running... would please advise what is wrong with it? Thank you, th-cam.com/video/zgNJa3jobXg/w-d-xo.html
Thanks love your Chantal

I'm about to venture into building my 4R100. Nothing crazy, 500hp street. Wish me luck 🤞
I like the idea of that 90 degree angle iron on the edge of the table to hold sockets/ bolts that you’re using
Yes sir! Great content as always!!!!

Yup extra seals for the input are a must broke a few on my first 1500hp build.

What do you think, if i install billet compressor wheel, do i need balancing?
What about a 27 spline input? What power are they good for and why doesn’t a lot of people use them?

What does the thickness need to be for the direct drum pressure plate if I’m using a stock height piston to get 6 frictions in the drum
Depends on steel and clutch thickness
@@horsetorquesdiesel thanks for the reply. I got it figured out. Really enjoy all of the videos that you do
What’s he making fuel only on that s475?
12:10 did anyone else here Spyro gameplay music?

The one that comes with the PPE pan
Do you have heat in your shop?
Yes
what kind of transmission would you recommend for a 2gen vp44 cummins? would it handle all the power that the vp44 gives the truck?
Usually our stage 1 or 2 is what we put in most vp trucks
How long will a 1500hp build last usually for street use?
Depends on the A-Hole behind the wheel. Ask me how I know lol
@@Thesongstaysthesame hence why i said "usually"
No telling. Depends on power put thru it, what application it's in etc. it truly depends on the driver
Whats the deal with that sonax pistion and that steel?
The Sonnax piston and steel is used to achieve 6 thick clutches without a machined plate
