Ever since your videos came out I have been going back to the gym working now enjoying swimming water walking up and down the lanes and weight training today I did a new type of weight training with a sled and I loved it. I know that feeling of being out of food
Is tip for cookies… you can make the dough and make balls and freeze the ones you don’t want to cook right away. They will keep in the freezer for 3-5 months depending on what you store them in. I use silicone stasher bags and get most of the air out. Then you can make 2 or 3 cookies at a time. Just leave then on the counter for 10 min before you bake them so they can thaw.
I would love to hear more about your thiughts on kids and society’s expectations. ❤ My boyfriend and I are very happy without kids and have no intention to have them only because society tells us to. We fully respect those who do, but we choose not to.
I have been making my own bagels like this for the past few years and love it. They keep well in the fridge if kept in an airtight container and then toasted later… and i make 8 at a time from a recipe withh 500g flour. Yours looked quite massive 😂

Could you do a video about how you train with your cycle? Or do you just push through regardless of how you are feeling? It would be amazing if a trainer talked about this. Or even came up with a workout plan that was also cycle considerate.
