Years ago the Mayor of my town spent 1 million dollars to put in a sidewalk and flowers to rejuvenate the area. And a year later had to get rid of it because no one came down to that area. And i live in a town of 150 thousand people. That area of town is a bad neighborhood to. I live on the other side of town away from that area. The mayor wasted so much money that year i bet we won't be able to get the money back to us all.
