This is the very first time I could do a whole set of push-ups without using my knees. This is truly a milestone for me as I never really loved working on my arms. I've been doing the Summer time fine each day, and I really start to see muscle definition all over my body. This is the first time ever I really see my body change! Sydney you are amazing and thank you so much for all the incredible workouts and knowledge you put out (for free!) on YT ❤.
I’m so proud of myself right now! For the first time ever, I have been keeping up with the live sessions of the current program. As we near the finish line, 2 days ago I experience a terrible bout of vertigo which took me out of commission for 2 days. Today, I considered quitting or giving up on the program…but I want to finish what I started alongside Sydney Cummings. I hauled my butt in the gym, took my time and made the necessary modifications and I did it. I did it! I’m really proud of myself. Thank you Sydney for your consistent inspiration and motivation! Your programs have truly been a life saver.

I overcame my giving up attitude today. Things weren't great from a mindset perspective upon waking up today. But I know here is where I am changing that. I am committing every today to show up for myself. It was needed
I did not want to work out today. I’m so thankful you have some 30 minute strength workouts. I can typically talk myself into 30 minutes. And now I feel much better.
