@timzauto I will have to check but I'm sure I am. To me it seems like a short somewhere because it has not worked for months, then magically will for a couple months, then on and off again.
Father in law and I changed blower motor and resistor and no luck, thanks for the video. Will check switch tomorrow

Chevy Cobalts are easy to work on. Love the engine how its set up in the car.

I am not getting any power to my motor relay. What may you suggest doing?
What is the tool you used to put power onto the fan motor and test it I would love to have something like that!

Changed the switch, plug, resistor, and blower motor. Even swapped fuses. Still nothing
Make sure you are getting power to the blower relay.

I think you may have just answered why I'm burning up resistors
