Golden duke was dead before this game started, sitting there in the middle.

@ZeroWolf thats just the way C&C has been for the past few decades now, i think it may have been tib sun or ra 2 where destroying all buildings counted as a win.
Final phase of this match reminds me of my first RA skirmish ever.
i saw that there is no build limit so I decided to build not 1 not 2 nor 3 but 10 TANIAs! Than loaded them into APCs and drive for the enemy base.
It was monstrous, and glorious.
Bikerush also showed us more micro intensive way to play allies. Not just tank spam but proper use of specialist units which is nice!
Which brings us to BikeRushOwnz @1:20 and his benefit is a win rate of 90%

Having the ability to have multiple commandos were a mistake.
Also why didn't these people ever learn how dangerous it is to keep bikerush alive?
They're really not that strong... well, Ukraine's Tanyas are kinda strong due to how fast they are... But they're really easy to defend against...
Commando units are barely OP unless your opponent just know how to spam infantry and nothing else, they are also one of the most expensive infantry unit to deploy.
You can literally build a defense structure in reaction most of the time if you're payin attention.

I saw this on BikeRush's channel a couple days ago, it was absolutely hilarious to watch.
Still loved watching your cast, as you couldn't see the rest of the shenanigans that were going on during the match.
If there is one thing that I hate even more than a light tank army spam, it's a single Tanya showing up from nowhere. What an incredible turnaround.

2:04 you can destroy trees if they are single ones. You can’t destroy groups of trees. If you hover over and see the “Tree” tooltip, you can destroy it. Prepare to be surprised how tough they are though.

First game I’m watching on this new release. Is it worth getting if I played Red Alert 2,3 and CnC 3? Also, Bikerush is still the GOAT!
If you didn't play these growing up there's a good chance you won't really enjoy playing them now. You could try OpenRA which is free and is sort of a mix of old school and modern experience. If you dig the old vibes then pick up Remastered.

I was screaming that at the time lol! Dude had a radar but wasn't paying attention. Too busy chasing tanks,. Should've kept close to his buildings or build a couple tesla. Few units at bridge Choke points could've stopped all this.
Woow game in red alert remastered was cool!
It seemed so obvious that blue would win, but yellow just completely out strategized him with Tanya. Finally some real strategy in this game instead of just Mass tanks faster than your opponent.
I also have to say, although it's cool that this map looks like the continent of Africa much like how I remember a map in retaliation looking like the continent of South America and another map in retaliation looking like the country of India, I have to say this map is definitely not meant for 8 players because the ones with the advantage of the ones that are at the sides of the map and not in the middle of the map. Those in the middle are just surrounded by everybody.
Hi guys for the old red alert there is a option to follow the ore truck for protection, how can I do this in the new RA ?
not certain, but try selecting group with mouse and drag (or number if you created groups) hover over desired target for protection and press G. Please correct me if I am wrong. It's been awhile.

Cause he spends 90% of his time on all games, once you learn every tactic thats available, you know what your opponent is going to do before they even do it

Huh? At 0:38 there's a crate, and 5 seconds later it's gone. Is that a glitch in the replay or do crates disappear at random?
They disappear at random. It disappears after a while and reappears somewhere else. Probably with a different effect when picked up too.

Wait, you can actually pack up the MCVs!? I was never able to do that. Then again I was around 5 or 6 when this game first came out and only played in around when I was 9.
I think it was an option to let the MCV repack or not.
Please enter is right, you can check a box to have MCVs repack or not. Campaign I think it's off though, not 100% sure.
I was getting to riot in case you didn't see the MCV cap from Bike.

i think openRA does a pretty darn good job "modernising" the old C&C games were i think openRA should have been the direction the remasters should have gone ballance and QoL functionwise ...
there are a few little things i or one may not agree with openRA but that would be only minor issues to the quite big overall improvemeant that project brought imho ..
I cast some OpenRA years ago (maybe 5+ years ago) haven't played since. Don't know if I'll jump back on considering the remaster is here. Good to hear they're still making improvements.

Omg. How did blue manage to lose that XD all he needed was to use 1 tank to crush those Tanya's or some base defences by his critical buildings . He could've sat back after defeating red and used that whole side of the map to let the ore regrow and expand and build tanks /a couple teslas.. He even has orange blocking yellow.. Real bad use of the map and choke points. Terrible defence of his mcv n not paying attention to what was going on with the radar and enemy forces. Should've had This in the bag

Actually... I'd argue RA1 Tanya is weaker than RA2 and especially RA3 commandos. In RA3 she can C4 tanks and even time warp to undo damage taken / reset her position.
All I'll say is tesla coils or pill boxes...
Africa provides such quality content. Great continent too.
