I have the exact bike. Can't get it to run like that. I have rebuilt carbs and floats. Fuel getting to the bowls but won't start. I put something in front of the carbs and it finally draws fuel and maybe starts. But won't idle. Just keeps cranking. Perhaps vacume

Check valve clearances.
