Great information on this video, thank you. One question can you open a bank account in Dubai without a fixed address, my son is coming over as a student so the visa etc is all good, just the account.
Thanks for the video, would you be able to advise which apartment towers are good, have good size 3/4 bedrooms, especially for a family and have a balcony with good views
The first thing you need to figure out which area is within your Budget and then go from there. Business Bay has family towers and is reasonably affordable, manazel Al safa tower is one
You’ll be able to get a monthly rental straight away, but you can’t take out a longterm (yearly) rental until you have an visa, Emirates ID & bank account :)
Will your bank allow you to write 12 cheques when you wont have more than 3 times that amount in your bank account? And shall I wait till end of March/ start of April to fix the yearly rental agreement to get a good price?
Thanks for the video. Do you have to go through the agent listed on the ad or can you choose an agent to show you different listings? Also, if you pay in 1 check and don't like the apartment after a few months, can you cancel the contract and get the pro rated rents back?
Thanks for another great video and insight!
Thanks for the video. Where is the link about the hidden costs? It didn’t pop up on the screen

I believe you can use a temporary address to open up the bank account :)
Great video! By the way, i was wondering what software you use to record yourself and your screen simultaneously?
I’m sure there is some fancy software but I recorded using a different camera and screen recorded laptop and then edit together :)

I find that a 3 star hotel is cheaper per month than a decent apartment in Dubai.
i am actually thinking to move to dubai for 2 months. where can i find cheap hotels?(we are 3 people)
Do you recommend living there?

Usually it’s the agent who listed & that’s where you have to check the lease agreement to see :)
Is Azizi riviera in Meydan good place to rent AP? Or Azizi in general?
if you are an owner of the property, how fast/quickly can you find a tenant? 3 months?
If it is a high demand property / furnished then yeas or quicker :)
