Hey, that regeneration tool seems a lot like a sound mechanistic reasoning, but as far as I'm aware, there probably is not hard evidence supporting it. Mechanistic reasoning has often been shown to not make a differnce in real world performances. It'd be cautious supporting these things, if costly.
Research is still early but it’s promising it has showed improvement in Lipid profile and anti inflammatory status as well as increasing VO2peak in inactive participants.
@@woodsyworkout Yes, that's what I mean. It's promising, but we need empirical evidence showing an effect in performance in the long run. I'm a branded child when it comes to recovery tools, different diets, training styles etc. I'm skeptical until the last minute 😄
