I would love to know the financial side of flipping. I know it's according to the area you're in as well.
I am obsessed with this! I love the colors and the wallpaper. It totally changed the style and feel of the piece. I would be thrilled if I was your client!
Thank you Chic Antique! This makes me smile! So happy to hear!
This turned out SO beautiful!! Sexy, classy and elegant. Loved it all
Wow girl you really did that!!
I love everything about this transformation the colors, the legs and especially how easy you made the peel and stick wallpaper lining.
Thank you so much!!
Awww I love that!! I’m trying to flip to pay off about the same amount of debt! It’s encouraging to see you did it!
Oh my god, I love this piece!! I’m so jealous of your client right now. 😂 stunning results!! 👏🏻👏🏻❤️❤️
Same here!
Great transformation! Love the color matching to the wallpaper. Did you pick those colors out or was that more of a collaboration with client?
I love both the piece and the bartering idea!! I've been doing some of the same myself.
Good for u.
If u paint first coat in a grey . The blue color will look better and u can get away with one at most 2 coats
Kara I love this bar cart!! So fun and trendy! Hope your customer loves this!
I love that cabinet! Great vision on both you and your client's part! Just cute! Thanks for the video.
WOW💓💙💓Love, Love, Love!!! The colors are so vibrant and I Love that paper!!! What a unique cabinet and a new unique way to use it!!! She is Gorgeous !!!!!🌸🦋🌸
Thank you Cathy Jackson! This makes me smile! So happy to hear!
I love everything about this piece! Its amazing.
You do such lovely work. Looking forward to your next video.
Thank you so much Martha!
I love how the wallpaper pulled it all together beautifully 🤩 It was such a unique piece! Great job 😊🌸😊
Very cool flip. So vibrant.
Very nice looking! I love the hardware you chose.
My 8 yr old loves to explore any new furniture I bring in for "furniture do dads." This piece turned out great. I wasn't sure about the colors at first but then you added the wallpaper and announced it is going on a hair salon. Perfect!
Thank you so much! I appreciate you tuning in! Hope to see you next time!
Wow! When I saw those colors I thought "no way this is going to look good"... Definitely proved me wrong! 😂
You and me both! lol
This piece came out fantastic
💜🕉
My thought was to put jewelry inside it. The top would have been perfect for necklaces 😍
I agree! Great idea
Wow! This looks so very bold. Love love
Looks awesome 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Wow! That’s so stunning!
What a great colorful piece! That is perfect for a salon! Well done!
Thank you! 😊
A puppet theater?
Love the color combo and wallpaper!🥰
Absolutely Love it!!!
How cute! Love how the wallpaper tied the colors together! Well done!
Hi, another beautiful flip!!! Love your content.
Would you mind to share what brand is your spray gun? Or even better a link for it 😊😊😊😊 TIA and keep teaching us!!!
what size is you krylon paint can? How many oz? I am disappointed that my SW doesn’t carry the chalky finish! 😫😫
Holy moly! This is one over the top piece of furniture. I would NEVER have this in my home but I can totally see it in a salon. Great flip idea.
It's a fab transformation and the colours are spectacular, however with being under 5ft tall, I can see that the inside top hasn't been painted.
Quite the difference that’s for sure. That piece turned out fantastic. Great job!
I LOVE, LOVE your videos 😍 which spray gun do you use?
HELLO FROM TOLEDO OHIO!! wow i love it!! good job sister
Fun-tastic ! Hate to alter pieces but I've been know to make a bench or 2 out of chairs.
I guessed bar!!! Gorgeous transformation!
Suggestion: use wooden dowels to fill hardware holes, not filler.
So cool the colors are awesome, definitely one of a kind. I think it will be a bar. 😊
Totally ah-mazing work! I’m kind of binging on you right now (🙈😍) as I’ve found a newly discovered passion (post corporate finance) thru unearthing trashes to create treasures like yourself. Thank you kindly for your keen and helpful insight! I have a random question (I combed thru the comments but couldn’t find) What did your friend end up doing with the optic lenses? They no doubt were antiques? ☺️
Welcome aboard! She used them in a frame as art work. She used this piece in her salon.
Absolutely stunning!!!! LOVE the colors!!!! DDecker
Thank you so much! Happy to see your comment!
Vintage Drs office medicine cabinet,
My first guess was bar cart, seems like there are multiples of those being done lately on TH-cam. But it wasn’t black, which seems to be color of many of the ones I have watched being flipped. Then I thought maybe crafting station….colors seemed like they would have worked for that. I’ll bet it is a good piece for a salon .
Thank you so much! I appreciate you tuning in! Hope to see you next time!
I'm guess a make-up cabinet. The color combo is very loud. Make-up was all I could guess with the color combination. The peel and stick wallpaper paper completed the look, otherwise I was not liking this at all. In the end the final reveal did look great for the purpose.
Thank you so much! I appreciate you tuning in! Hope to see you next time!
What a cool video....I gotta tell you I Had no idea what this unique cabinet was going to be..however some how I felt some form of display for a retailer of sorts...
So Retro and beautiful and fun...and I Never thought to barter how smart is that 🥰👍
Debra Neria Thank you! We appreciate you watching!
I am so hooked. I have few furnitures need refinishing. I am going to take up few projects this spring. Thank you for giving such uplifting inspiration.
Thank you Yoo's Piano Cafe! This makes me smile! So happy to hear!
Lavish, delicious, exciting and ever so pretty. Thank you .
Thank you Nancy!
I got it wrong, I thought it was going to be to hold jewelry. It seems perfect for your friend/client/hairdresser's purposes! Can't wait for next time
K Scheuerman Thank you! We appreciate you watching!
That's a big giant bread box and slicing station, lol! All the peanut butter and jelly jars are kept below, haha.
I would never have guessed the real function of it.
Thank you so much! I appreciate you tuning in! Hope to see you next time!
What a great fun piece! Just perfect.
I guessed a jeweler cabinet.
I could see that as a puppet theater as well.
Absolutely gorgeous!!
YES!! I called it 🤗
You ruined it. Well, technically your friend ruined it.
Oh K - you are just a bag of fun! I can tell by some of the other comments you’ve left me!
Fantastic piece!!!
very very nice piece
Very cool piece!!
Loved it!
Could a slender glass shelf be added to upper portion for glasses?
No it was too small unfortunatly!
Cool piece!

It turned out gorgeous! 😍 I like your tip about using a checklist and tackling 3 tasks a day. I have a project that stalled. I'll give the checklist a try 🤞🙏.
I'm curious, what size spray tips do you use for the various paints with the HVLP guns?
I only have the one that comes with the gun. I would prefer a smaller one for my poly gun but haven't gotten around to it.
@@LemonstoLemonadeFurniture Thanks
@@vmoutsop 1.8 for heavy bodied such as paint and 1.4 for light body such as lacqer
I’m not making anything by flipping furniture no one has the money now with what’s going on
Would you mind sharing why you think that? I own a 20 man custom shop in Phoenix and not seeing a change. Not trying to disparage just courious. My cheapest pieces are going out the door in the $5000 range
Wow Lee That is amazing! I used to live in Gilbert and went to ASU for college. I believe those prices! We have a similar market here for furniture in Dallas.
How cool was that? 😍
Thank you! I loved this one!
Just wonderful! Perfect for a salon. Great job!
Beautiful!
Thank you!
