Do u find the canvas on vintage speedy thicker than the more recent canvas? I have a vintage speedy and it feels different than my newer speedy
That’s a good question! Yes, I do find that vintage speedys have thicker canvas than newer ones. I’ve heard that around 2007 when the neverfulls came out the quality in LV canvas changed, resulting in common issues with cracking, peeling, and ripping canvas nowadays. I do wish they’d go back to the good quality canvas found on vintage bags, but I doubt they will. Have a great day!

the brown thing after you rub is not dirt, it's a vacheta leather your rubbing it you're fading them I guess?
It's dirt most likely..... I have cleaned my vachetta and this is the dirt and grime. Once dry the vachetta was clean
