Thanks for the tutorials you made. They helped a lot. However, please don't tell people to just run a script. Tell them what each step achieves and give an example command. Please advice people to run the commands one by one and try their best to understand what is going on.
@@PavolElsig your scripts on arch just works fine, I tried looking-glass and scream audio on my arch system. Just works fine. Just had to edit distro name from "ManjaroLinux" to "Arch"
I managed to install W10, passthrough UHD630 and install its drivers. Unfortunately, after required reboot of the guest I'm getting Code 43. Do you have any idea how to managed this issue? I googled it a lot, but it seems that this issue is mostly related to Nvidia GPUs. Thank you for your great work.
This also applies to uhd630 graphics. Code 43 has also occurred with me.I have searched many hours with google for a solution. Nothing found that helped.

Im about to have a breakdown ive been sitting here since 17 hours straight trying to get the vm to work but its either not working at all or theres a minor bug wich i wanna fix and then it messes up everything ive been trying for 2 weeks

Do i actually have just too old hardware(mobo and cpu to be exact? specs : 4770k obv w/ igpu on + asus z97-P E: i am running the latest manjaro w/ kernel 5.10.30.1 on a 120gb ssd and i do have a windows10 on a 1tb nvme ssd.

Agree, another passthrough script on his channel broke my Manjaro build
@@tylersrevenge it didn't "break" your build it adds GRUB boot parameters which you can easily remove

I ran into the same error code 43 and I have a UHD 530. Have you found any workaround?
same for me with UHD 730 graphics no dummy plug plugged in however and normal dgpu needs a dummy plug (except ARC A750)

In some cases it is possible. Though, you might need to find a modified firmware.

As he said in the video on 0:50 , you'd need a 5th generation Intel CPU or newer
How is your FPS/UPS? Cant get more than 32 and the host is testufo also shows 32.

Couldnt get the looking glass client to show anything, everything else seems to work though! Any idea? POP-OS as host w/ 630 iGPU passthrough.

I don't think this is currently possible, as there is no Lookigglass "host" for Mac Guests ( note the terminology reversal )

Why can't we just pass the iGPU and get the output in another monitor, like with dedicated gpus? Instead of using looking glass

You should be able to use it with linux guest too. You would have to use something else than Looking Glass then.
Hey after I ran the Script, now my manjaro linux now stuck at the motherboard logo when booting.. any idea why?
Try adding nomodeset to your grub when the PC boots. Press "e" to edit the entry and "ctrl c" or "f10" to boot.
I think it meant GVT-g and not GVT-d.
GVT-d passes the whole device to the VM instead of this.

It's not working on Rocket Lake (11th gen) iGPU's. Sadly I need another card to passthrough until Intel will fix his stuff

When you have AMD and you get jealous of the passthrough :facepalm:
AMD is no slouch either when it comes to passthrough. IGPU on every processor would be nice though
