Very informative content! Thanks for sharing the knowledge
Super informative, thanks a lot.
nice review video!
Interesting review. Do you have any idea about Maxwell's technology about dry method?
Thanks. I have read some patents related to their dry method and they tell you a lot of information. You can find them by searching on google patents
@@interkalation5146 its in serial production
Can anyone please tell me what the testing apparatus at 0:52 is? It's obviously for testing particle size, but I can find anything resembling it. I'd bet it's very expensive.
Thats a grind gage, they're not too expensive for the cheap ones but get pricey for really nice ones. Its a way cheaper alternative to laser diffraction though
hello, we want to start production of batteries in Uzbekistan. how much does a full line cost?
Depending on the speed, it can cost $3M to over $20M
Anode actually does not use NMP solvent so the cost will be lower on the anode side
What is the binder that you talk about?
PVDF
PTFE powder also could be work...
@@TechX080 for dry coat, you need another binder too.
@@spezi_korn2019 i had dry ptfe and pvdf also….
@@TechX080 i dont talk about additives
I wonder if lasers could be used to help improve adhesion and keep energy usage down. The process would be just like a laser printer. Heating a giant roller is going to be very inefficient.
nein der Prozess funktioniert anders besser.
Not quite. The anode material is dissolved in water, not requiring special treatment
Anode side is water base though.... none flammable nor needed to be recovered.

i think that it's impossible in your test...maybe just complecated edits
