      특허보호기간이 끝나면 경쟁자들이 똑같이 만들기에 특허를 출원 않는 것이고
      만드는 기술도 3명이 각기 다른 장소에서 만들어 서 배합하는 것으로 만드는 과정도 같은 회사 직원 이지만 못 보게 하는 것입니다

    The empty cans all get turned facing the same way at 1:37. Something pushes them up in the wheel by the closed ends, so if the open ends are facing down, they don't get pushed and continue around the wheel at the top, while the pushed ones get flipped over at the top.

    • @mike-ng9b81
      @mike-ng9b81 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      1:39 a punch is in every station, it can be seen pushing the cans via the positive (nubbin) end towards the camera.
      The cans that are open side to them just have a punch ran up through and back, leaving them as they were.
      The rails then right them to face the other way.
      Pretty efficient sorting.

      The steel can is the positive of the battery. The three black cylinders are heat-formed manganese dioxide. The white paper cylinder is the separator. Inside the separator there is a zinc amalgama wetted with potassium hydroxide, the electrolyte. Inside this wet zinc powder, there is that steel nail which is the negative current collector. Easy peasy...

In this video however I was a little bit diverted by the nice musical background the cello and piano duet covering Mozart's The Magic Flute: The Queen of the Night's Aria which I also like very much. I don't view videos like this because I enjoy music, I view them because I enjoy seeing the manufacturing process and hearing the sounds of the machines. This music drowns out the machine sounds and takes away a large part of my enjoyment of this video.

      What I hate about these types of videos is there is no explanation of what we are seeing. We are left to guess what's happening, much rather watch "how it's made" type videos. You get to see as well as have what you're seeing explained so you understand what you are seeing.

    This video needs to be slowed down a lot. An explanation along the way would be very helpful. I hope whoever produced this video will go back and redo it.

    Pretty Interesting, and also pretty boring at the same time, as all the machines look the same lol. Be better if the uploader, took a 10-20 second slow motion clip at each station. Also subtitles could do with being on a little longer, a second or two, as you are focused on a fast moving machine, trying to see whats going on, then a subtitle pops up, and then its gone. But it was a nice video thanks. Always wondered how they were made, never knew or even thought about the ripening/aging process, to get the chemicals reacting to charge cells.
