The IP is notorious for having no one in the cage at the casino. If you win, there's no one there to let you leave with anything but their chips. I never play or stay there.
I'm sorry to say, the IP has gone down hill in a major way. We stayed there for many years and then all of a sudden in 2017 they decided not to give a damn! They took out the free fountian drink and free coffee machines. We've talked to so many folks that won't stay there anymore either. However, the Hard Rock & the Beau Rivage are both really nice and clean places. Never had any problems at either place. Plus both places have their swimming pool open year around.
Bro yall should've stayed at Beau Rivage Casino or Hard Rock....Golden Nugget is great also ...IP always been pitiful when it comes to hotel stay....Due to hurricane Katrina and Ida , they been having bad leaks in their hotel where da rooms were mildew....Before Katrina they were great but now they're straight trash....Sorry that u and ur family went through that...The New Palace Casino has good hotel as well....
And if I’m not mistaken the Scarlet Pearl and I think the Beau Rivage are the only non-smoking facilities…Hard Rock used to be but they switched at some point…
Scarlet pearl and the Beau have never been non smoking…. And the Mississippi River doesn’t enter the gulf anywhere near Biloxi. The Palace is the only non smoking casino on the coast. Yes the IP is not what it once was.
I live here in south Ms and I wish you wouldn’t let your stay at the IP taint your opinion of our entire state and Gulf Coast. There are awesome hotels here, please give us another try! And the Palace hotel has the best buffet ever!!! And the entire hotel is smoke free! We have a lot to offer here, I’m sorry your experience was bad. 😊

Please don’t rate our state on this one Casino experience. Mississippi is a wonderful place yo visit. We always stay at the Hard Rock or the Beau Rivage. I am truly sorry you didn’t have a great experience. 🥹
Mississippi had some of the nicest people we've met, and our family definitely enjoyed this state. The rain and the hotel was a downer. But if we go back, we'll definitely try the hard rock.

I haven't stayed at the IP in Biloxi in 15yrs. It was nasty way back then as well. My wife and I stay at the Beau Rivage or the Scarlet Pearl now.
Somebody told me(ed) to stay at the Beau Rivage but I was trying to save a buck, and had to take the L on this hotel choice

We saw good reviews about it on Expedia, I don't know what happen that week with the hotel

It almost look like somebody went to the bathroom in that bed days that's just unacceptable
