Going to Biloxi in two week for 5 days. I love that place. We're staying at the IP this time, first time for that. We have stayed at the Palace, and it was nice, but I had comps from IP so, of course, we're staying there. When we were there last year, it was just after Christmas, and the Beau was still decorated for Christmas. It was lovely. Nice video.
Hello! Thank you for sharing your experience! I would love to hear how your stay at IP goes when you return! We did visit IP and the Palace. Videos still in editing stages. Both were lovely 🥰 Have a great time and good luck in the casino!
I'm glad you liked the MS gulf coast. Been working at The Beau for a while now. I was going to relocate back home to AC but just can't leave this beautiful hidden gem of an area. Next time you come check out downtown Ocean Springs. It's a great little place people love to go to. Love the videos.
Thank you! 😊 Glad you saw this one. Do you still work there? Beautiful place! We enjoyed Biloxi wish I booked more time there. We stayed 3 nights at scarlet pearl
@@JenniferSparksSavoy Yes I'm still at The Beau for now. Scarlet Pearl is nice. Some are disappointing like Harrah's. It's very small. The reason is that casinos used to have to be on water. After Katrina the state let the casinos move on land. Most casinos moved temporarily into their hotels like Harrah's. Harrah's was building a huge Margaritaville bigger than The Beau but pulled out when the 08 recession hit and never expanded. Recently two new casinos were about to be built but just got put on hold because of high interest rates. There's my Biloxi casino history and info. LOL.
Jennifer you are spot on with the similar casino look because Steve Wynn design this casino and Bellagio, Borgata, and of course the Wynn...great job I have been there and I loved the old fashion vib on the beach down the end of the road
That was the next hotel that Steve Wynn built after the Mirage. Because he got so much crap over how small the bathrooms in the Mirage are, he made the ones there huge.
We have stay at the Beau, but now use the Pearl, or Nugget. Thy both treat us very well. We still play a lot at the Beau. Sorry for cutting names, just use to doing, that, we go 4 or 5 times a year. Enjoyed your video.
We’ve stayed at Beau Rivage several times a year. We use their junket offers (flight, hotel, shuttle comp) plus free play. Being a part of MGM counts towards our reward credits. Our favorite places to eat there, Sports Book, Coffee Bean, Ivy, Stalla). Taking the shuttle to visit other casinos is our normal routine when visiting Biloxi, Harrah’s first, to smoke free Palace for lunch, IP, lastly next door to Beau is Hard Rock for donuts and snacks. I prefer going on the junkets to Beau since it’s only an hour flight from us, compared to Borgata which takes us 3 hours.
Hi! Yea def resembled Bellagio and Borgata. 😊 Steve Wynn originally opened it. Didn’t know that at the time of my visit but saw the similarities instantly! Beautiful resort!
Funnily enough, Steve Wynn had originally planned to build a modern hotel in the middle of a man-made lake after he purchased and demolished Dunes in Las Vegas. That was supposed to be Beau Rivage. He later built the Bellagio instead with a man-made lake in the front of the hotel. The name was later used by Steve Wynn for the resort in Biloxi, Mississippi.
We will get to the Beau Rivage eventually! We get offers to fly and stay all the time. But always Borgata comes in cheaper. So we are going to Borgata this June. One time we will get to the Beau!
AC is prob a better choice in June! Sounds like Biloxi gets pretty hot! Reminds me a lot of borgata. Everyone is telling me Steve Wynn designed Beau Rivage as well as Borgata. Both resorts remind me of the Bellagio! Thanks for sharing your adventures!
Stayed there a few times. Nice property but really smoky. That said, the reason it reminds you of The Bellagio is because Steve Wynn designed it and built it just like he did The Bellagio. Sold it to MGM as part of THE Bellagio deal.
@JenniferSparksSavoy It took a bit of searching their website. I found they have one smoke free parlor with 80 something machines and a second with about 130-180. I have Lupus and have to stay away from the smoke. Thanks
I would say Beau Rivage would please everyone. It’s beautiful. I loved scarlet pearl too but it’s a little farther away from the other casinos and water

You are in rude awakening for staying at IP. Rooms are so outdated and alot of walking.
I was swimming in the pool at The Beau in Early February. Yeah I’m crazy. Let’s just say it’s refreshing and not heated 😂
Good to know! Wasn’t sure about that. Thanks for the info! You are brave! 😊

Another great video!!
Thank you rich! 😊
I live in Biloxi and love the Beau Rivage
Going on 6 days trip at Beau in June. We love it
Have a great trip!
I'm going to Gulfport next week (6/23/24) and will be spending a day in Biloxi, probably at Beau Rivage just experiencing my first real casino.
Have a great time! Good luck!
Beautiful property, I stayed there a few years ago and plan on staying there again this fall , love it.
Glad you enjoy it. 👍 Thanks for taking my tour. Have a blast in fall!
I like the off seasons from October to April.
Sure it is hot as heck there now!
Beau is the best! We take the junket tours as well from Charleston SC…can’t beat free flight, room and transportation provided by MGM!
That’s awesome! Haven’t made that status yet. Not even close! Thanks for sharing! 😊
If you go to BR, you MUST eat at Stalla, the Italian restaurant. Excellent!
Awesome! I will looked so cozy and smelled great! Thanks for the recommendation 😊

I’m planning on moving to Biloxi in the next couple of years
Wow! That’s cool! Very nice area! Are you from AC?

That is awesome info! Didn’t realize when I was there that there was a shuttle! Thanks for sharing 😊
I've always thought this place looked like a mini Bellagio. Definitely would love to check it out!

We call it mini Bellagio, Vegas in Mississippi
You said that you would be coming to Biloxi. I think they bought this hotel when Steve Wynn sold off his hotels in Las Vegas.
Def had a Bellagio and Wynn vibe! Beautiful place ❤️😊

It isnt that hot in June. Idk who told you that lie@@JenniferSparksSavoy
# 9999 X 9999🎉
I'll be in Biloxi in 8 weeks for a 5 day vacation that will be turned into vlogs
Have a great trip!
@@JenniferSparksSavoy thanks I will. I appreciate it

Thank you for the info! Yes funny walking in I immediately felt bellagio and Wynn vibes! He is a good visionary 😊
@@JenniferSparksSavoy Yes, he is The Godfather of the present day Las Vegas Strip.
No smoking…no smoke at all
Did they have any smoke free gaming areas?
I actually didn’t recall one at that casino. There maybe one tho
@JenniferSparksSavoy It took a bit of searching their website. I found they have one smoke free parlor with 80 something machines and a second with about 130-180. I have Lupus and have to stay away from the smoke. Thanks
What would you say is the best hotel in Biloxi/Gulfport out of what you've seen?
I would say Beau Rivage would please everyone. It’s beautiful. I loved scarlet pearl too but it’s a little farther away from the other casinos and water
Your lucky you didnt get told to delete videos and get kicked out. Beau is strict.
