Thanks for the conversation gents. Interesting conversation about left vs right modes. Jungian cognitive functions offer a pragmatic framework for describing the linear / stacking-oriented (introverted observation and introverted deciding) and the systems / divergent-oriented (extroverted observation and deciding). This is well explored by Dave & Shan from Objective Personality in their personality model.
