I'm getting back into Skyrim after years of not playing, and my modding knowledge is beyond outdated to the point where I have no idea what mods are good nowadays. be aware that skyrim recently updated and a bunch of these mods (currently) will prevent your game from working. as I'm typing this it's at least true for Quick Loot and Better Third Person Selection

Here's what I need. A dialogue mod that stops that annoying issue where you click one response but the game selects a different one. So you end up clicking something other than what you're trying to select.
dTry has just released a mod that will be part of many "Cannot Play Without" lists. Wheeler is a fully customizable wheel menu mod and it is far better than the vanilla hotkey system, SkyUI's favorite list, and even mods like iEquip/Elden Equip.
Wheeler is something I will be reviewing for sure, but as incredible of a mod it is, for some reason, I just hate wheels as heads up display elements. It's just visually unpleasant for me, and I can't really describe why. 🥴

Note that quickloot results in instant crash on start so dont use it unless you use 1.5 or something. If you go to quickloot EE page, posts you can find a link to a replacement DLL for quickloot EE (NOT RE) Seems to work on current version of steam skyrim as of this comment.
This game really is the gift that keeps on giving. I'll happily stick with it for as long as Bethesda takes to release ESO VI, but the mods keep giving them such a massive and growing bra to fill.
From the minute 6:30 I was only interested in how to get these look and animations, i suppose it was a variation of tk dodge mod and something else for the archery. And that make up on your vampire character, could you tell from which mod is? And also about equipment: How do you display everything and animate? Long time ago I used Dual Sheath Redux which was hard to make working wuth all that patching and stuff like that, is there a new convenient mod for that? A lot of questions but thanks for the video
You guys adding mods to this game make it seem so easy. I only played fallout games, never stepped into modding, I just bought this game and am struggling to figure out how to mod. I might go back and play my old fallout games nodded for once though.
Personally my favourite mod is Reputation you start off unknown and all the choices and quests you complete you become a hero everyone respects or if you do DB and TG you become neutral if you are an evil character you become a murderer everyone is afraid and runs from you, i love this mod always in my load order

These are all amazing. But I always wonder if there's a rebalance mod where stealth archer isn't hopelessly broken and Dragon's can be fought without Archery.
8:55 big no to Immersive HUD It is an outdated mod with such a big script bloat that the moment I removed it, I gained 4 FPS back. It accounted for 40% of all my scripts.
Strange. Personally never encountered any issues. I like minimalistic HUDs when playing in first person, hence my recommendation. iHUD has been in my LO for almost 7 years without any issues.

Mine telling your setups? also, see for the Untanished UI, can i use that with True HUD that i currently have? or i need to download the Sky HUD still? thanks!
Hey how did you get the health to dynamically display above the enemies ? I've watched other videos of yours and have almost all the same mods in your description (all of the UI mods) so I was confused why my enemies didn't have similar health bars ?

I play on Best Of Both Worlds. It's a patch that allows you to take advantage of all the AE content, while downgrading the .exe to 1.5.97. I will make a video about this soonish as a minor PSA, as it seems a lot of people are unaware about this still.
How do you go about changing your gameplay mods (specifically combat mods) mid playthrough for your videos? Do you have different saves that you use. In other words, how do you show different combat mods over time without starting the game over?
Got a thumbs up despite most being useless for me as I play in VR. I personally hate certain grinding and management systems. I also don't care for extreme survivalistic mods that increase the grind. I like to play the story and have to a some challenge. My base necessities are auto lock picking, unlimited sprinting, unlimited carry weight, and another mod to ask again each time I "steal" something because I often intend to try to interact with someone but have accidentally stolen something instead leading to problems.
