Those AC Schnitzers look snazzy on the car! Blaupunkt is always a good choice for the older cars. Love the audio install and these indepth audio videos! 🔥🔥
Everyone goes on about 'top end' brands. You dont need to spend 1000s if you know what you're doing. Invest in good amps, like alpine and any good speaker brands, like JBL, alpine, Infinity etc this will give you really good sound. IMO brands like Audison are overkill, unless you're trying to achieve HiFi sound in your car then go for them, but personally I dont think they suit a car sound. The install and system tuning is also just as important as the kit you're using......
Tbh I had high end hertz equipment. Installation was done terribly, cables kept coming loose and they never secured the crossovers or amps or sub box, things falling off. I went back so many times. Never sounded right. I think cheaper equipment, even pioneer or JBL installed and tuned well would sound better.
Perfect sound upgrade, most excellent choice of gear! I was worried that Blaupunkt was trash now but that HU looks great. I use the same methodology when doing my vehicles matching brand & model line. Its the quickest and easiest way to gain perfect synergy.
Really enjoyed the video thanks for showing us that you don’t have to spend big money to get good quality sound However I see you used a really good wiring kit Could you do a video on wiring kits and accessories Thanks love from South Africa 🇿🇦
Can’t believe you posted full price including labour cost… couple weeks ago I did components in front, mid bass in rear, amp under the seat and all new wiring+sound deadening doors and rear quarter panels, £600 is fair price.
Nice mate! Well if you ever fancy on getting more from the system and incorporating back in those wideband drivers that are annoying to replace given there odd size, I’ve had luck with the morel ccwr254 and the kicker 2.75” midrange/wideband tweeters what ever you want to call them 😊
Awesome video, at a point in time, I got the impression that interest in car audio was dying out, but in the last year or two, I've been seeing, and hearing, a lot more systems than I had in the 5 years prior. I've been working on my e46 325i for about a year now and I literally just 3 days ago fixed the overheating issue, turned out to be the coolant temp sensor not sending a signal to turn on the electric fan. So yesterday I reinstalled my Pioneer X4900BT and 4 Pioneer 5.25" coaxials, and ran my rca cables. Gonna wait until weekend to put some bass back in, I have a Pioneer 12" (310) in a box that's a bit bigger than yours tuned down to 27Hz, gonna be running it on a Soundstream LW1100, it's an old amp but its more than overkill for that one 400rms sub lol I could probably do it in an evening like everything else, but I don't wanna annoy my neighbors on a work night lol
Just a quick question: I have just one doorspeaker and the speaker in the foot room. So i want to know if the doorspeaker is a tweeter and if i can still fot in the setup shown in the video.
Perfect. As if the radio is designed for the E36. The original business looks way better, it looks wider than the Frankfurt. I had a cheap Blaupunkt Modena 52 CD unit on my old E46, which sounded much better than the orininal BMW business CD, but looked awful. What kind of antenna splitter did you use for DAB? active or passive? I will upgrade this unit in a E36 convertible.
Im sure it sounds good still, but would have thought being the boss mans car and a damn nice one at that. A bit more higher gear than JBL might have been used.
Thanks for the feedback - we wanted to keep the install at the 'affordable' end of the market - it's easy to get carried away and pick the best components which in turn adds up £1000's. The installs in the some of the other classics, such as the 993 Turbo, E46 M3 CSL will be nearer the top end of the market!
get a good 200 buck speaker. build your own cabin with hornresp. to create bass it is all about the "line" u create. from the very first backwall INSIDE the cabin, to the open window (or closed). You can make your windows shake if u do it right with just 20wats.
Does your business charge labour only to fit a audio system in a car? , if the customer supplies his own head unit, speakers amp? Nice sound coming out of your E36 M3 Evo, 👌👌👌👌👌
Waay too expensive indeed for a sub&box, two midranges, two tweeters, and two 6x9s! And they are JBLs too, not even the top of the line of JBL lineup! And that sub box for 350 was just unbelievable.. barely 150..
They want over $650 for that Blaupunkt here in the USA. There is no way in hell that $35 radio is worth $650. Blaupunkt is not worth buying here at all. Cheap Chinesium.
@@x_dark_razor1_x862 The speakers and amp is fine. The head unit though. As much as I want Blaupunkt to be great again. Someone other than the Chinese needs to make em.
This is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay overpriced. I built a system for my e46 for like 700$ with even better components: Infinity Reference 6530cx (component speakers with crossover - 90wrms) front - 80$ Infinity Kappa 63xf (caoxial 85wrms) rear - 90$ Infinity Reference 3004A (100wrms @ 2ohm) amp for 4 channel - 180$ Infinity PRIMUS 3000A (300wrms @2ohm) amp for sub - 100$ Infinity Reference 1270 (275wrms) sub - 80$ Built own box specially for this sub - apprx. 80$ Added Dension BT module to stock radio which adds bluetooth, usb, aux and supports steering wheel controls. It even displays song names on that 25 year old radio - 120-150$ (don't remember) Bought all these from amazon or ebay over a year ago. Installation wasn't simple but little bit of work and can make all components fit better than stock.
That's a kinda Bad Setup. Why the hell would anyone doing Audioinstalls do a system Like that in their Personal Car? That ventilated Box wont do Shit in the enclosed Trunk of a e36. The fckin 6x9 are even worse. First thing they are nothing more than passive Membranes for the Subwoofer and the "Adapters" suffocates them. Clean Install, poorly Designed system.
JBL has never disappointed me, it's been my go to audio since my early 20s...love their products
JBL 🧡
Those AC Schnitzers look snazzy on the car! Blaupunkt is always a good choice for the older cars. Love the audio install and these indepth audio videos! 🔥🔥
You’ve just convinced me I need a Frankfurt (over a Bremen or modded original HU) in my E36 M3, love the install! Just wish you were closer…
Thanks for watching … let us know if we can help!
I would upgrade my e36 too but I stay near Edinburgh.Ehhh
My only complaint is that the display is hard to see on a sunny day but at night when the interior lights are on it looks very OEM which is awesome.
They look cool but the audio quality from them isn’t great

Appreciate the honest feedback 👍🏽
Well said. I believe the said theory..

Got JBL setup in my car from the factory, sounds MINT! Cannot imagine how good that kit sounds like... Nice work!
The most beautiful e36 m3 I have ever seen.
will go retro in my E34. beautiful
Good choice!
Awesome video; great clarity and clear pricing breakdown. 👌💯
Glad you enjoyed it!
I bought this same amplifier but haven't got time to install it. I'm now happy with sound quality produced from yours.
Enjoy!
Great video guys! Pretty nice basic system, and honestly, good pricing too.
Love the under 1K systems. Nice job guys!!
Love your choice in cars and those plates ! ❤
Thank you! 🤗

Cool. We still have those cars driving around today. Cape town South Africa
Very cool looking M3! Love the JBL stuff, I have the infinity kappa subwoofer and it sounds great 👍
Thanks for watching - Infinity products are awesome 👍🏽
car is wonderful, great interior and exterior. Audio job is also spot on 😉 bravo 👏
Thanks a lot!
Really enjoyed the video thanks for showing us that you don’t have to spend big money to get good quality sound
However I see you used a really good wiring kit
Could you do a video on wiring kits and accessories
Thanks love from South Africa 🇿🇦
Thanks for watching and the feedback. For sure, we’ll do a video on the differences in quality between wiring kits 👍🏽
Great video but way more detail please Raj. Much more went on than shown here, be great to see all of it.
Love the car and the install 🇿🇦
I miss having good bass in my car. It's been a while...
awesome video again raj well done looks and sounds amazing when are we going get to see a review on the JBL BassPro Hub please
Thanks for watching - we’ll do a review on the BassPro Hub very soon 👍🏽
I use the JBL BassPro Hub spare tire mounted 11" active sub woofer in my E36 M3 & in my E39 540. Good sound, & maintains my trunk space.
Love everything about this car
Thanks for watching 🙌🏼

Nice job, stunning car too!
1997 the year of KINGS 🏆
Nice car brother only the steering wheel is on the wrong side
exactly how i need to set up my e34. i want to bag it and im trying to find someone to convert my AC Schnitzer type 1 wheels to 3pc

Just a quick question: I have just one doorspeaker and the speaker in the foot room. So i want to know if the doorspeaker is a tweeter and if i can still fot in the setup shown in the video.
Additionally how is the amp mounted in the back?
Great video , where could I get the 6x9 custom pods ?
Specs on wheels ?
Very informative Raj! I have an E36 M3 convertible would you recommend the same setup?
How you Mount the Subwooferbox to the car? Screws in the bottom?
Love it!
One of my favourite colour for the X1. Looks like a fun daily driver but it's just too expensive with some options.
great build my friend but that blue LED flashing next to the cigarette lighter must be annoying.
How was the subwoofer enclosure secure down? and can someone link thee video of the subwoofer enclosure build.
neat looking e36.
Thank you 👊🏼
Great video Raj. Do you do something similar with the 911 997.2 ?
Looks great! Have you done f10 sound upgrade?
E38 build video next pls! I'm buying another 750il tomorrow 🔥

Would this work the same on a 95 convertible? Apparently 95 and below need modifications to install new speakers, I need this in mine desperately
what are the roof racks bro plssss
Nice E36 i used to have a 95 E36 convertible black with the same wheels…i sure miss it, can you talk about your wheels and where did you get them?
Raj what tune is that your playing 👊🏽
I wanted to do a simple stereo on my M3, but I decided that I prefer the sound of the engine instead 😉
Im sure it sounds good still, but would have thought being the boss mans car and a damn nice one at that. A bit more higher gear than JBL might have been used.

I was the same, here's brokes me with 2 jl audio w6's in my boot cost more than this whole setup😂😂, still a nice install 👍🏿
With BMW boot area being well insulated, how did you get more bass into cabin?
I have a genuine 2 peice GT M3 spoiler that would suit your car incase your interested?
sei bravissimo lo vorrei anch'io un impianto cosi sulla mia e36..Complimenti
Any videos coming on the C43 in the background?

What are those alloy & tyre sizes? You did say 18’s. What width and offset?
Does your business charge labour only to fit a audio system in a car?

Nice sound coming out of your E36 M3 Evo, 👌👌👌👌👌
Wow thanks for showing me to process of installation. Bro didn't show anything. It's a product ad basically
nice cosmos, but an M3 doesnt need any sound upgrade other then a sport exhaust :D
Fair enough!
Ok??? Another lil one done big. What happen to the E38!
Thanks for watching. We are half way through the R129 project - E38 will be next 👍🏽
Very Good Car Audio Good Sound Mega Bass 😎🤣😍🚗👍💡🎛️🚘🔈🔉🔊🔊🎛️🎤🎧💪
Can't see that how that's all cost 2.5k. way too expensive imo

The sub box is a no no.
I came to watch an installation video but you won't stop talking

I built a system for my e46 for like 700$ with even better components:

What a shit setup for such a great car, mint condition, too! Talk about shoving shit into a golden ass!
As mentioned in the video, we chose equipment at a price point that would appeal to the majority and not the minority.
@@CarAudioSecurityUK You have better options ant that price point! Especially with the GBP.
