Q: What server am I playing Arma games on, who are these people, and can you join?
A: It's the private server for my community, Shack Tactical. As of 2015 we've been around for over nine years, and I wouldn't trade it for anything - we have a fantastic memberbase and it makes for amazing gameplay in Arma and elsewhere. You can read more about us here: www.shacktac.com

A: We do a mix of about 70% adversarial and 30% coop - both offer unique experiences and are a blast to play.

A: I've been here from the start, with my Operation Flashpoint experience beginning with the demo's release in 2001. I went into the US Marine Corps shortly after (no relation!) and in 2004 I started playing OFP in multiplayer. 2006 saw me found ShackTac, which started in OFP and then transitioned through Arma 1, Arma 2, and finally, Arma 3. I hope to continue this for a long time into the future, as well as share the ride with viewers like you, as corny as that sounds!

This is like something you would see in a movie, the beauty of Shacktactical and their ArmA missions, 0% scripted events, 100% player immersion. I love it, keep up the excellent work.
This is now one of my favorite Dslyecxi videos of all time. And I can think of few people who could've been more suitable than Mally as Dslyecxi's buddy in this video.

If you stayed behind and tried to hold them off would it have been made a difference? We don't know but all we can say is that soldier needs the medal of honor he didn't leave you behind even when you told him to he still persisted on getting you back home. Although it was hell you both pulled each others weight covered each other asses and fought when one was on the brink of collapse! Best video btw
You need more witnesses for a Medal of Honor. I think you need at least 2.

truly beautiful, tense mission! Cinematic quality there! I would've gone the extra mile and had an unexpected attack helo come and clean the last enemies left behind instead of a humvee sneaking you away, but anyway nice bromance you got there
+Niccolò Serafin Yeah, I was hoping for something insane, like suddenly a BMP would show up far away and threaten to overrun them shortly, then a friendly attack chopper or armored convoy arrives to save the day.
On the other hand, once the plane idea went FUBAR, the "anti-climactic" humvee pickup only emphasizes that it was Mally, and Mally alone, who saved Dslyecxi's life. I think it makes for a much better ending when you think about it that way.
Well it wasn't scripted so no surprises guaranteed.

Hey Dslyecxi, what do you think of stamina? How do you think it'll affect situations like these (E&E)?
+MarcGF83 - I think they're ruining a good system. It will be up to the community (sadly) to have to try to make a system similar to the current version. Of all the changes that have happened to A3 in the last while, this is the only one that's made me really sit back and think - "Wow, are... are they dumbing down Arma? For real? Intentionally?". The new stamina system is an awful idea that should not have happened. I hope it doesn't speak to the future of the series. I hope it's just a fluke mistake, and that they snap to their senses and fix it back to being a meaningful gameplay dynamic.
