Once the mindspace is connected to the Airport by Metro ( For Sure this project will be completed in the decided period of 3 years) the entire IT sector offices right from the Madhapur to Financial District will get connected with the Metro Rail Network. Hence it is better to live nearby any Metro Station.

Flat or villa is not investment as we live for need and not for sale.

If you wish to grow, invest 1cr in lands and wait for 10yrs then you get good money better than anything else and enjoy your life.
Don't mix investment and living... Both are seperate topic... Valuation of living flat is zero and buying multiple flats for rents may turn out to be less than 1% p. A return.
Selling or resale of old flat takes too much time based on demand and choice of customer.
* think wisely... Invest to get 1cr return for secured future.
* if you have 4cr, 1cr for flat, 1cr in lands, 50lacs in mutual funds, 1cr fd, 50lacs , term policy 2cr, health policy 1cr payment from fd intrest, setup a business with 50lacs to develop into 1cr business.

those who have purchased flats in reputed builders like my home, aparna , rajpushpa, dsr. so far in last 10 years are happy 😊 if you can afford to pay loans or if you have money anyone can invest and enjoy good life style. my uncle purchased in my home jewel 10 years he is residing thier he has so many communtiy friends now even though he can buy a villa now but he doesnt want to come from thier. he is advising only to people who don't have money.
gated community is good for wife and kids and elders and not for those who go to office its only to give happiness to thier family i am seeing elders enjoying retirement life. i am seeing kids enjoying. i am seeing house wifes having kity parties. so his statement is entirely wrong. stupid channel
I completely agree with you that gated community apartments are far better for social life. However, gated communities in Hyderabad are very overpriced. Even more than Bengaluru and Pune. Because, of same reason I left Hyderabad and purchased flat in High Rise gated community in Pune in cost lesser than at least 20-25 percent. Even flat in many standalone buildings in Hyderabad are costlier than flats in gated societies in Pune.
