2014 వ సంవత్సరంలో basic layout approval తీసుకుని 58 మందికి builder plots అమ్మి registration కూడా చేయబడింది. తరువాత development charges కూడా వసూలు చేసాడు. కానీ municipality కి common amenities like internal roads, park etc develop చేయడానికి భూమి gift గా ఇవ్వలేదు. కానీ buyers ఎన్ని సార్లు కలిసిన సరైన సమాచారం ఇవ్వడం లేదు. ఇప్పటి వరకు final layout approval తీసుకోలేదు. దీనివల్ల town planning department buyers కి individual permits ఇవ్వలేదు. దానివలన వారు bank వారు loans ఇవ్వడం లేదు ఇప్పుడు buyers ఎవరికి complaint చేయాలి.
మనం కొనేటప్పుడు చూసుకోవాలి, ఇప్పుడు అందరూ లేఔట్ చేసిన వాళ్ళను గట్టిగా అడగాలి, అవసరం అయితే వకీల్ ద్వార నోటీసు ఇప్పించాలి. కాని లేఔట్ సభ్యులందరూ కలసి ఉండాలి ఏ ఒక్కరు వాళ్ళ తరుపున ఉంటే మీరు ఎమీ చేయలేరు. పై విధంగా పని కాకపోతే,చివరిగా అందరి పొత్తులో కావలసిన స్థలం, కామన్ ఏరియా కోసం కేటాయిస్తే సరిపోతుంది . ధన్యవాదములు

First of all, I want to appreciate you for typing this lengthy matter. Maintenance is always starting from after formation of association, but some of house owners unnecessary involving and collecting the maintenance. ( They feel they are doing right, without taking information from other community), Builder taking this as advantage and make silent ( because he was free from financial & responsibility burdens). What you are doing is right, and builder can’t do you anything, because allotment of parking is either lottery system or flat number series. RERA is always support the flat owners only , but you must always touch with builder, and mention the name of RERA in between your discussions.

Flats are selling with super built up area not plinth area, it is 25% to 35% more than plinth area. And carpet area means, simply where we can spread carpet means area in between walls. Thank you
