    కొంపదీసి మా ఊరి వెనుక సర్కారీ తుమ్మ చెట్లు ఉన్న భూమిలో ఏ మెట్రో నో రింగు రోడ్ ఓ వస్తె ...అందుకే కొంచెం ధర ఎక్కువైనా ముందే కొనేస్తే పోలే!!🤨🤨 . అదిరిపోద్ది..
    ఎప్పటికైనా....పంట పొలాల్లో కంప్యూటర్ లు కాసే రోజు రాకపోదా.....అన్నానికి బదులు మైక్రో చిప్ లు ...తినక పోతామా....? ముందే ఎక్కువ ధర పెట్టు ....అదిరి పోలా....🤨
    పొరపాటున నీ పొలం మీద ఫ్లై ఓవర్ ...పొలం లో క్రికెట్ స్టేడియం ...మీ ఇంటి ముందు ఎయిర్పోర్ట్ రావచ్చు .....తగ్గేదే లే.....ఎకరం 10 కోట్లు చెప్పు....
    ఊహల రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ రంగానికి ముద్దు బిడ్డలు మనవాళ్ళే .....రేపటి రోజున అమెరికా ప్రెసిడెంట్ నీ ఇంటి పక్కనే ఉండొచ్చు ...అప్పుడు మరి రేటు గీటు అని బేరం ఆడొద్దు....అందు కే ఇప్పుడే పెట్టు పెట్టుబడి ....
    మనవాళ్ళ పేతాపం....చూసి రేపటి రోజున లాండ్ రేటు సీలింగ్ ఆక్ట్ వచ్చినా రావొచ్చు ....
    వ్యవసాయ దారుడు ఎప్పటికీ భూమి కొని వ్యవసాయం చేయలేని అంత గొప్ప గా పెరిగాయి మన రేట్లు....అయినా మైక్రో చిప్పు లే భవిష్యత్తు లో తినేది....అన్నం తింటే అరగదేమో మరి ....!!!

    Raghunath Reddy garu, you are correct. That there is no employment generated for last 3 to 4 years. and all contractors / politicians and officers who scooped money from contracts and projects like kaleshwaram / kakatiya / etc..... needed a place to invest and they found real estate as a safe heaven and there is no rationality in the land prices , apartment prices, and villa prices.
    This is insane sir.

    Sand is not the issue for construction please go and check Bangalore we are using Manfacture sand ie Rs 700/- per MT for construction and Double washing Plastering Sand -Rs 1200/ MT because please save the nature

    It may be a strategy that when the rates are down, some people with lot of reserve money and connections with politicians will buy out lands at strategic places at cheap rates, and once the policy of the govt is announced, raise the prices and sell their lands and make huge monies. This way they can do funding for next elections etc and all that. Ultimately politicians make policies as per their personal benefits, first. Especially non-BJP parties are first concerned about their party and families rather than the state/country's welfare. So, we have to be cautious with rate rise in real estate sector.

    Artificially inflated prices created a bubble, which was bound to burst anyway. Compare the real-estate prices across all metros over the past 10 years. It becomes obvious that prices in Hyderabad were not driven by natural demand. There wasn't such jndustrial and employment growth during the same period.
