Look I know BDS is going to finish top 4 again, but their ceiling is so low as long as Nuc is still on the roster that I can't justify putting them any higher than B tier.
@@mikelytou I specifically tracked Nuc in every BDS game and I was not impressed. BDS has done an incredible job at putting him in the best possible position, but he's still a liability when he plays against Caps, or when his two champions are banned. Other mids aren't as easy to ban out and don't lose as hard or as consistently to Caps. He's good enough for an LEC spot, but as far as mid tier LEC midlaners go, his ceiling is very low. BDS has done a great job at drawing attention away from Nuc both ingame and in draft. One of Adam's biggest strengths is that he draws so much attention. Laborv has had a similar effect at time, specifically with his Blitzcrank. Additionally, Sheo and Labrov have done a great job at covering Nuc, and spoon-feeding him kills. The result is that all Nuc has to do is the only thing he's good at: converting leads on late game mages into wins. He takes what is given to him at a very high level, and he doesn't throw it away. I personally see that as low hanging fruit, and care more about a players ability to get leads. That's why I say he's a player with a low ceiling. To dive a little deeper into his champion pool, his Azir and Orianna are good, but that's true of almost every competitive midlaner. His Neeko is just okay, and his Taliyah is unimpactful.
