    I've been doing Leslie's videos for years, and I really enjoy all of them. I like the fact that Leslie gives us such a nice variety of workouts. Also, I enjoy Nadia, Rocky, Kamilla, & Nick, and I think it's great that Leslie allows them to take the lead in some of the videos. They are excellent, and they all bring their own nice swag to it. They have great personalities, and really interact nicely with us. Michael, who was in some of the other videos is good too, and I can tell he can dance - he has great rhythm with a great smile. I'm from New Jersey like Nadia, and she is awesome! Rocky is a power house. Keep up the good work, because all of these fitness videso are helping all of us to get fit, be healthy physically and emotionally! Thank you..

    Love the new generation leaders. Love the time clock. It is the visual I need. It makes you say to yourself “I only have a few more minutes. I CAN do this”. So I keep moving until the end.

    Nadyia is awesome! They all are! She is so inspirational and beautiful. I enjoy this one a lot. I love the new folks/team Leslie has assembled, and I especially enjoy these short workouts. I can do a few of them each day and I don't get too overwhelmed, which would make me procrastinate and stop before I get started exercising again. I have the menopause belly, UGH, it's time to get back to walking with Leslie and her beautiful team.

    Some of you need to just get over it. It was Leslie's decision to have Nick, Nadyia, Kamilla, and Rocky lead some of her walks, so respect her decision and stop whining. 🙄
    Anyway, loved this one! Nadyia has such a sparkling, fun personality. The chemistry between all the new walk leaders is great as well. Good job, guys! I'm sure Leslie is proud.

    I have been a huge fan of Leslie's workouts for years, and since I reached menopause, I'm pumped up about doing her workouts again to help me lose those stubborn pounds. I love Leslie, and I am also a huge fan of her wonderful walk leaders! Everyone is so full of energy and truly an inspiration. Walking is something anyone can do regardless of their age or fitness level. Keep the walks coming; you all are fantastic!! 😃

    i love leslies walk out it inspired me now i get out and walk everyday i walked 11 miles today alone i live in maine and its been a very cold winter but ive been out everyday and its all thanks to leslies walkout so thank uou from the bottom of my heart i have had several foot surgerys and i def neeeded to stop being sendantary i love leslie and her walk outs

    First, I thought this was a great walk!! Then I want to say, people give it a break. Maybe it time for her to really relax. You want to see more of her, sign up on her website for only $8.25 a month. You’ll have a large variety of walks with her that can be seen 24-7. Plus. lots of workouts you don’t see on TH-cam. I love her talks about health, fitness and she inspires all of us. XOXO Leslie..

      Agreed! She's probably busy touring or filming new workout DVD's. There are sooooo many workouts with Leslie at the helm. I even go back and do some of her older DVD's for a switch every now and then. :)

    I skipped this video multiple times because i was looking for Leslie but i watched and worked out. It was pretty cool. Actually worked out a bigger sweat than normal. Adding this to the library. Nothing wrong with switching it up. Great job guys

    I started 1st June 2019 . . Let's see how much I reduce . My target is at least 1 kg in a week . I do this whole walk exercise twice a day with a half hour aerobic routine both time . Love the crew ❤️

    I think it's great,I'm new to Leslie's walking and absolutely love it, I'm not very agile due to spinal surgery but at a modified rate I CAN DO THIS THANK YOU SO MUCH LESLIE SANSONE, I've been looking for more from leslie and came across the tummy trimmer and again at my rate I CAN DO THIS, I needed to variate so this is great that Leslie has let others walk their way too, absolutely amazing I really can't say THANK YOU enough

      @@wardasaleem1034 I do it 6 times a week with only Sunday off. I am a vegetarian. I eat between 10 am to 6 pm. It's a healthy diet with no deep fried food, sweets, biscuits, chocolates etc.

      You may already know it but a whole food plant based diet (WFPB) can help a LOT with lupus und arthritis and these workouts of course.

    Thank you for this walk, I need 10 -15 min walks for now with Widespread OsteoArthritis throughout my whole body including spine and Fibromyalgia, Raynauds Auto Immune, Scoliosis, etc. For right now, closer to 10 mins is best for me especially since I try to do a 10 minute beginner pilates from youtube also and a yoga stretching one to wind down.     This was great! did a 30 minute walk with Leslie but needed to do just a little more as having a rest today from my 20-30 minute full body workout with weights after my walk. This was perfect! Thank you for putting on TH-cam.

    I enjoy the workouts they are fun and easy to follow...I'd like to see more 20 to 25 minute workouts I do a morning routine than walk my dog and I do a 5 minute routine everyday on break which keeps me going... your team leaders are great enjoy the workouts with Nick, Nadia is good but she needs to remember to give a heads-up before the transition like count down and advise what we are doing next I find her a little choppy and for someone who has had knee surgery on both knees it can be hard to abruptly make a transition...all in all love you guys and keep on walking...I know I will...

    I love the 4 of them! Of course I love Leslie and what she established. Love the walk leaders. I want AT LEAST (at the minimum, ok) one 5 mile DVD with them (same format as the other DVDs where you can play all or choose how you break it up). Also, Michael has to be there as well. LOL My last request...a full series from Rocky next! Alright, I'm done. :-) #WalkAtHome #SuperFan :-)
