sick vids man its the guy with the honda we met up the hill today and i followed behind you for a bit, love to see a clip uploaded of that in your next vid (:
One careful owner, lol. Seriously...I love it! Getting a 650 version with even more midrange. Doing a deal tomorrow. Are they any good? Sounds like fun.
have a question help me I need to know I have a motorcycle Triumph Daytona 600 2004 you know temperature Normal because my motorcycle the temperature is around 200 somebody can't answer me the question please thank you
@@shootingchamWhere'd you get this totally out of left field idea from? Triumph built the engine internally from the ground up for the TT600 and made the shortest stroke motor in the 600 class. It bears no resemblance to what Kawasaki were doing in 2000/1 during the TT days or from '03 when the Daytona was launched. Not to mention that the Japanese would never licence an engine to a competitor. I followed the development of this bike thoroughly from the onset and there was zero press or internal acknowledgement from any source to claim it was licence built, not to mention nothing in the engine internals to suggest it either. Just nonsense.
I got exacly same one - yellow in wasp, but for some reasons above 100-110 miles/ph acceleration becomes much much weaker (my weight around 100kg) . Anyone might know why ? Air filter ? anything else ? Till 100 miles -rocket ...any M3 or porsche etc -no chance . Above 100 they always pass me ...but i wonder why : )
try a basic service first, filters, oil and plugs, see how that goes. i don't think it's normal to be overtaken by M3's at any speed on this bike. I haven't ridden a daytona, but I rode a lot of similarly powered 600's and also driven a couple of older M3's (e36 and e46) and I don't think they should be able to match the acceleration, never mind over match it.
Computer showed "second throttle malefunction" . I changed it still nothing, same story again. I noticed on one forum guy had similar problem. -butterflies which are opening 2nd throttle were blocked (not moving) by some rust on axis. Once spring will come i ll try to fix it. Cheers for respond. (all service done)
Truth is it was a bit lucky, cause that was my first season on a motorbike (zero experience just few days course). I get used to acceleration quite fast, but i think for a new driver it should be speed limit....just noticed very quickly that very simple mistakes can be made "even" around 100 miles p/h. Basicly if you will not learn complete control over the bike on those speeds like laying bike on side, breaking, keeping motorbike perfectly in line on turns (highway i mean...cause on the begining it was like fly from one side of road line to the other) on a speed to 110-120 ....u might make very simple and stupid very basic error which = death . New drivers - first season 120 ABSOLUTE MAX . Learn full control over the bike and basics of techniqe first. Few times almost landed on a barriers cause i wasnt learnt how much exactly to lay bike on side , but instead trying turning by wheel and at same time huge wind blow can take u out on road easily. Few times also speed up too much before junctions than suddenly realised i will not stop etc..... There is a plan to fix 2nd throtle tommorow .... those butterflies which seems to be blocked when i was changing electromagnetic controler which opens/closes them (stupid me than , but maybe afterall lucky). Cheers for respond : )
Done. Butterflies which opens 2nd throtle were completly blocked. WD40 on whole mechanisms joints and after 10 minute and using plyiers on a rod (connected to electromagnetic controler) it let it go. Completly different bike, so much more agressive and smooth...
Really working that rev limiter :)

Is it all original, or do you have aftermarket can or filters?

Luis Rivera hi, I seem to remember in traffic it could go up to 120 degrees Celsius. normal running temp I think was between 80-90 degrees C
How did you think Triumph Daytona is good bike ? or every month something brokes ? i ask cause i dont know nothing about Triumph but wanna get Daytona
Hi there!
I had this bike for several years and never had a single issue! It's actually a Kawasaki engine :)
