    Companies in Canada, like dental and vision should also offer some limited insurance coverage (like 50 or 60K CAD) for treatment in US.
    Rather than wasting months on meeting doctor or for CT Scan, I would anyway drive 2 to 3 hour one way to US, pay 200 to 300 CAD there per visit and get treated there.

    yoo parul brother, i love your videos n personality n everything, when i came, i decided to come here way before watching ur videos , but ur videos helped me to that level i cant even express in words. But from past few months lets say 7/8 months the situtation in canada is getting worse, for instance, my first uber paid me 42$ in 2.5 hrs in 2021 april vs now my friend did try it last week for first time and he made 21$ in 6/7 hrs, and this is the case with many people i know from the community. other than this the major thing that bugs me in canada that launching a professional career in canada is near to imposssible at least these days. for ex , me having just a 4 month co-op exp but good coding skills , i m not able to get even one single interview for a professional job. now cause the pgwp clock is ticking i m forced to find a noc job in fast food or security. In addition , i do live in Toronto, i can't speak for other cities but thats the case here. Thanks for your efforts Parul brother, i ll always owe you. ciao :)

    @gursimransingh7803 ปีที่แล้ว +15

    I tend to differ, specifically on job opportunities in India. You mentioned a software developer in India getting a compensation of about 14LPA, well that’s not true. The Indian tech landscape has changed significantly and even freshers (with the right skills and attitude) can easily make 25LPA+ in tech and business jobs. Getting to do a similar job (work you do, work environment, exponential career growth opportunities) in Canada I believe is much tougher due to lesser opportunities in general. India has massive opportunities and potential. You need to be here in the ecosystem to feel it for yourself.
    However, for people who don’t have access to such opportunities for whatever reason or for people who have other motivational factors (lifestyle, independence etc) it makes sense to take the plunge and migrate (not just to Canada but anywhere across the globe).

    • @203rahman
      @203rahman ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I cannot comment on the IT sector as I don't belong to the IT sector. It's true that some get good packages in India. But, most of the graduates don't get such opportunities. There is definitely lack of skills in many graduates, but it is also true that there are lack of good opportunities. Indian companies; even the foreign companies that set office in India try to reduce the amount they pay to employees. Canada may be bad in weather and the healthcare availability, but in terms of employment Canada is much more transparent. As you said, it's difficult to start with related jobs in Canada, but once you get in it is much easier to settle in life even in entry level jobs. Obviously there will be exceptions, some earn good in India and save a lot. For such people, it is better to stay back in India as we can live in luxury. Coming to Canada is basically putting a reset button in our life. It will be difficult initially. If you cannot handle it, better to stay in India. Ultimately everything is by a case by case basis, nothing is applicable to all.

    • @gursimransingh7803
      @gursimransingh7803 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@203rahman agree, the decision to migrate depends on a lot of personal circumstances and cannot be generalised in any way.
      However if you manage to get the right professional opportunities in India, there is room for exponential growth and not just linear. Canada and other developed nations do offer the stability by providing minimum wage, basic healthcare etc but it comes with the trade off of being part of a system that limits the common man’s ability to make it real big.
      With all due respect, I think Parul here is an exception and not the common person who has migrated from India to Canada. Based on what I know, he had amazing skills prior to migrating, got scholarship based on that and then built a nice successful career. The story is inspirational and uncommon. Most of the people who migrate don’t have this story, doing survival/sub par jobs for x number of years doesn’t help in the long run and kind of puts you in a vicious cycle where even if you want to, you can’t move back to India because of the liabilities you’ve taken.
      Again, fully agree that the decision needs to be very personal and not purely influenced by the increasing number of people who decide to migrate.

    • @203rahman
      @203rahman ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@gursimransingh7803 Yes, there is definitely bigger struggle in Canada. But once people go through such system they become more resilient and get to work on something that actually interests them rather than something only for the monetary value associated. India has obviously more opportunities as our market is huge. Only downside being lower quality of life in bigger cities and lesser pay. Canada has better air quality, better quality of life and better pay the downside being debt ridden life, harder start in life, colder climate and poor healthcare management. We just need to be aware when we make that decision to immigrate. Some people live in the illusion that everything is perfect in a western country, that is the core of multiple problems people face. We should be realistic and practical when making such life changes decisions. It might make or break our life. There will always be regrets as leaving our motherland is never easy, but if there is a valid justification certain adjustments need to be made.

    Canada is much expensive than India, ₹3-4 crore for one house which can be built in india in 30-40 lakh easily. Yes doller rate is high but 3 oral b brushes coast 580₹, Tomoto price is ₹480/kg. Don't convert ₹ $ but converts everything so You will realise why people coming to Canada when India is way better. Also weather in Canada is much cold you can't stay outside more than 15 minutes for 8 months in year mean no outdoor life, no parks life no outdoor games, Why I came to Canada I don't think but I made worse decision and wasted 25 lakh indian ₹ which is not possible to earn here in 4 years now like conditions in 2023

      And how does that effect you. Dude makes so money in a single movie than most of us make in 10 years. And for ak, he can get a citizenship in pretty much any country he wants. Even usa has special category green card for exceptional talent. Every major celebrity qualifies.
