parul bhaia , love to see u grow and glowww. such an imp lesson , ped jitna bada hota , utna hi jhuka bhi hota hai dharti ki taraf.... aur bhaia ap vohi ped ho.... really doing a great job for all the new people reaching canada... kripa banaye rakhna sirjeee.. tc of health aise hii and keep making vids good that u are imparting knowledge so positively
Most most of the people go for buying a new car or buying a new phone or something like that so if you guys are thinking about saving your money the only one thing you can do is don't go and buy those brand new things don't go and buy a brand new charger or a challenger or a Mustang or a brand new iPhone 14 or 15 instead of go for something which is a little bit older such as if you're coming like this December or generally or in the next few months or you can drive buying an iPhone 12 or 13 it will still work and instead of buying a car you can get your own bus pass and try to save the money because currently in Canada the prices of let's just see a car can be anywhere between depending on which province you are living can be from like $800 in Quebec to all the way up to like $3,000 or 5,000 in a province like Ontario specifically in a city like Toronto so the car is going to be costing that much around about if you're looking for let's just say a 2012 or 2013 model the other big difference or the biggest problem you guys can say would be after buying a car it would be needing maintenance and then it would also be needing the insurance to maintain it and insurance is costly if you are let's just say talking about Toronto as a city the insurance is going to cost you anywhere between $300 to $800 a month depending up on how much experienced you are but let's just say you're an international student coming for the very first time in Ontario yes the insurance is going to cost you more it's going to cost you like 500,600 a month and that is something which you don't want as soon as you enter in Canada The other thing being asked is the credit score that all of you are asking that we want to have a good credit score I have done some mistakes so I know from my own personal point of view I did some mistakes I bought a car got the credit score down if you're not paying for your car and if you're not paying for your insurance and everything else it will bring down your score same goes for if you're buying a mobile and you're having it on your credit card and if you're not paying it on time it will decrease your credit score and only best option is like and sort of buying a phone on a credit card or something like that or putting like it doesn't matter I'm not saying you need to buy an iPhone you can you could be buying a freaking Apple Iwatch you can buy an iPhone or something like that even that most of the people or most of the students get it on the credit card and when they're not able to pay it's going to affect their credit same goes for anything which is costly so if you want to save the money and still protect your credit instead of buying your own car take the public transportation yeah In provinces like ontario I can tell you it is going to be costly and the terms of public transportation because everything is far away and most people go very easily buying a car but still if you don't want that credit score down stay away from the car what else can I let's just see and if you guys want to increase your credit score try to purchase small things such as try buying groceries or something which is not going to cost you over $100/ month on credit card that is for I can give you a good very good example instead of purchasing something for like let's just say $20 thing think yourself in your mind something like can I purchase that thing Thrice like let's just say your thing is for $10 and can I spend $30 on that if you can spend $30 on that then you should buy it on your credit card or something like that but let's just see if you're buying a thing worth at $1,100 iPhone or $1,200 iPhone do you even have like three times of that money in your account are you earning that much no you're not earning that much so if you're not earning that much don't buy it because those things are going to bite you how do I know I know that because I spend $1,100 on the phone it's an iPhone 11 2019 but the thing is I'm having a credit score of 400 points right now my credit score is like very bad the other thing is I have to pay my the credit agency around about 3600 something dollars because I didn't pay them on the time due to covid hitting and me losing my job (quebec was worst affected ) so I didn't pay them the money and I bought the phone in like 2019 I was not able to get better job otherwise i could have paid them tge amount that was due to the credit agency for getting a damn phone which is actually broken right now then around 1200 dollars to Scotia Bank for my credit card and yes people you will max out your credit card ( it's way easy to max it out but it's way difficult to pau it back ) the only way is get a good job earn enough money and you wont be broke even currently the government is giving you from this year till next year like December 1 2023 you can work more than 20 hours if you're coming as an international student so yes that is good news and if you guys any more help hit me at my Instagram handle @nikhil_soodan

Nice video all useful advice but if your watching in Jan 2023, people have bought properties in inflated markets in Toronto and now are in negative equity, so no I dont think the advice to buy property to generalized saying " it will always go up " is true. Market knowledge and financial know how is quite important in this area of investment. Toronto market is full of home flippers.
