- Newly obtained emails show New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell may have crossed an ethical line and possibly violated state law by letting out-of-town family members stay at a city-owned apartment.

Tax money isn’t being paid to let family members of the Mayor to enjoy an apartment. The use is for HER and HER alone. And on top of that, she doesn’t own it yet she touts that about how it’s hers when it’s not. The city aka tax payers own it. And this isn’t the only thing she’s been doing wrong. Paying security detail when they aren’t even with her. There’s more to it than those two things.
Don’t cherry pick politicians who should or shouldn’t be held accountable. You want to defend one for being unethical, then don’t complain when others do it.
