Lovely. I so much prefer having defined rooms with lovely flow rather than big open-plan floors. Open plan only works when people have enough money to build extra rooms to compensate for the lack of privacy and function.

@@Raghesh_K This property is located in sunny Southern California, near the Los Angeles Airport (LAX). I think this home should hold up very well when it rains. Typically, it doesn't rain too much in Southern California. Southern California is known for having mild winters and hot summers. When the winter months do begin in California, which is kind of around November and December, there could be light rains to heavy rains, lasting 2 or 3 days. December through May is when you can typically expect rain...if or when, the temperature drops or gets really, really cold.
This home is beautiful and has character. I enjoyed watching. And also liked your herb and plant knowledge. 🙂

Unfortunately I do not. That thumbnail is highly filtered so the actual color was more of an off-white/bone color. I hope that helps :)

Why did you not knock down the wall between a kitchen and dining room to make a bigger kitchen? The kitchen is gorgeous but super tiny. Nice renovation otherwise.

Am I missing something ? How is this gentrification? It takes a couple things to identify gentrification. For example you know a neighborhood is being gentrified when it was mostly Hispanic and then everyone suddenly starts getting bought out of their homes at the same time and the whole neighborhood becomes Caucasian . you can’t really tell much based off just this one house lol for all we know the owner sold it on their own terms , and somebody bought it from them fair & square . Unless there’s something I didn’t hear
