Modern Farm House Revival in Baldwin Hills Los Angeles | 😍 Behind The Fence
Views, views and more views! This amazing Modern Farm House revival has some of the best views Los Angeles has to offer. With a clear look to Downtown LA, all the way over to the Hollywood Sign and Hollywood Hills. Located in the best spot in Baldwin Hills, this completely remodeled property was listed at $1.65M and it only took a couple of days to be sold.

Lovely. I so much prefer having defined rooms with lovely flow rather than big open-plan floors. Open plan only works when people have enough money to build extra rooms to compensate for the lack of privacy and function.

@@Raghesh_K This property is located in sunny Southern California, near the Los Angeles Airport (LAX). I think this home should hold up very well when it rains. Typically, it doesn't rain too much in Southern California. Southern California is known for having mild winters and hot summers. When the winter months do begin in California, which is kind of around November and December, there could be light rains to heavy rains, lasting 2 or 3 days. December through May is when you can typically expect rain...if or when, the temperature drops or gets really, really cold.

Why did you not knock down the wall between a kitchen and dining room to make a bigger kitchen? The kitchen is gorgeous but super tiny. Nice renovation otherwise.
