Owner John Kittrell has done a magnificent job restoring this home to back to its original condition, while adding modern enhancements that would make its builder, the first woodshop teacher at Newport Harbor High School very proud! Its a shame the decline of Art in the 21st century. Men/Women before the tv and cellphone use to spend more time developing their skills in art. This home result of a home with character. Today homes are built cheap and fast. They look so plain and square these days.

It's not like it was a poisonous rattlesnake or something dangerous. He probably scared the poor possum.
