I really appreciate the demonstration. I have a cracked mirror cover on my Santa Fe I've been trying to change but I see now it takes more force to remove the mirror
I replaced mine same way but the car computer says it’s not there, is there anything else inside the mirror that couid be bad ? My wife was side swiped close enough by someone that the mirrors hit
You can try removing the whole mirror assembly with other side and see if problem follows it from side to side. Then you will know if its the assembly or something else.
