    I have found that the new trend of high stack shoes could be a contributing factor. Due to a lack of body awareness sometimes you can catch the outside boarder of your shoe and roll your ankle. This can occur during tough running sessions when you are fatigued and your foot clearance can become inconsistent.
    It’s not about not using these super shoes but rather transitioning across onto them appropriately.
