Samsung 50" LED TV Not Working - No / Half Backlights - UN50AU8000FXZA - HG50AU800NFXZA

Hello, I have this same model of TV but I turn it on and only the Samsung logo appears, remove the logo and put it back in...what could it be? Greetings

I don’t know what was done.He removed the heat sink ang put a thermal tape.
