Hi dear tevz. These days I was sick so i couldn't watch your previous video a TLC tv.but i did watched both and i will Wright separate comment for each. This video was great but i can guess it took much time to find the leaky mosfet.and made you a lot of trouble.!!! But you proved there is not any issue of defective tv can not make you tired or resist you of repairing that and always you are a winner so i proud you very much. Iam so glad to have you my dear friend.
Interesting. You have awesome, infinite patience. Hopefully it is OK if I impart a few tips. #1 while going through supplies it always good to follow the supply through switching points to start with. Would have saved a lot of time. #2 EEPROMs rarely change programming in circuit by themselves so chances that it is corrupt are very low. I would have saved that for last unless the user reported that the power was pulled while updating. #3 why not use the programmer verify before re-writing just to be sure you really need to re-program it? Or download the image and verify it against the known good image? In any case nice work!
Infinite patience on one piece of equipment, as a repair tech will get your fired. Infinite patience while being an electrical engineer is what you’re supposed to have.
You are the best always. I find Samsung smart 4k😂😂😂, i find 13v not stable, i disconnected the power board and test again 13v, and still not stable. Now i try to find the problem. Looks easy when we see you fix tv but in the reality need experience 😂😂😂😂
When you get a soldering iron, practice with it until you get good at soldering. Same with a heat gun, and, get all the tools you need to do good soldering and heat gun work. Nice job TEVZ.
Thanks for the video. I have finally found the best channel..Do you have a video where you have explained parts of the tv motherboard components and how power is distributed in the motherboard kindly? I want to start from there for a good foundation
Working on it for 6 months is a good way to build up frustration and quit the field. If only the manufacturer would share their info on what normally goes bad on models.
At 12:59 you say “let’s try to connect the gate to the source” but the drawing shows a red line, connecting the drain to the source. So, which is right, the drawing or what you are saying?
The drawing is correct. the narrator is wrong. I wrote the wrong pin of the Mosfet creating the narrator's voice. You're really paying attention to my video thanks for that.
Hi tevz, I want you to educate me on flash programming, am using TVP2588U+ programmer but finding it difficult to reprogram. Please any video on flash programming?
sir can you gave me the ch340 software link. mine always fail to read the original ic. i always buy new one and flash it with firmware from internet. i never succeed with backing up firmware from original tv.
The problem is trying to get a hold of schematics for the "disposable" TVs of today! In searching for schematics, all I run across are the "ask a technician" links at $$$$$$$$/minute! I guess THAT is why TVs are disposable. A NEW TV is cheaper than repair INFORMATION! LOL
Hello tevz I have issue with lg tv it is only blue screen no picture and this is smart tv I have chage new mother board but still the same any advice how to find a solution for this problem
Sit ito samsung tv ko gumagana naman lahat kaya lang minsan pag nag continous blinking ang power indicator nya dina ma control ang mga volume, chanmel pero pag press ng remote control may response naman.
omg all equipment really bad, but multimeter is 1600$ ))) hot air gun sounds like membrane pump type - its only good for heat shrink, buy quick 857dw+ and set it to 300 deg C and use widest nozzle (about 1cm diameter) and u will never bubble any board. u are bubbling boards because uve set big temperature (looks like 380+ deg and low flow (maybe because of membrane pump) and really thin nozzle - u are making thermal shock to the pcb because of big temperature gradient (thin nozzle works like rocket needle if u understand me) u need to use 1cm nozzle to heat bigger pcb part so heat will be applied smoother
6 months you were thinking and got it solved!! Great.
Hahahaha
It was a joke🤣
@@tumertech4609 yes it is.

@@nowemmarkez1767 hehehe😄😄😄😄
Salamat sayo sir. Na ayos ko ang tv na ginagawa ko dahil sa video mo👍👍👍

I am glad to see that I am not the only one that gets a tv fixed "6 months later". I laughed, because I know the feeling.

Hello
Did you short-circuit the D and S pins for a moment and the TV turned on?
yes
@@tevzTVTevatronics Does this not cause damage to the circuit?
@@protection4541 No because the MOSFET duty is to short the drain and the source or act like a switch.
@@tevzTVTevatronics Is it possible to do this wherever there is a mosfet for a momentary test?
@@protection4541 big no

Leaking MOSFETs? 😊I will remember to use a towel for that leaky MOSFETs...😅
😅😅😅
I have wondering why you are not using hot air i get it now is there a video for the programing ...are u the one who made that gadget for programing
While you using hot air working instead lower the heat and same as air flow that bloated pcb
He should use some Kapton tape (expensive) to shield the board from the excessive heat.
hhh 6 months after thank you ...
That's all find in is really valuable
, muy bueno
سلام مستر توز من خیلی کانال شما را دوست دارم متاسفانه انگلیسی بلد نیستم خودم هم تعمیر کار TVهستم دوستون دارم ❤❤❤❤❤😂
Take 6 second to think about it, and 6 min to fix it , and 6 month to forget about it, and 6 years will come back for repair again🤭
great 😄😄😄😄
is there reprogramming or replacement part available for purchase if not available? Can anyone buy mosfet part only?
if you can find online.
