Is this what service should look like? (Rivian R1T/S Service Announcements)

We've already heard that Rivian will have over 40 service centers in addition to a mobile service fleet, but yesterday Rivian revealed more info on its strategy to serve R1T and R1S vehicle owners.
From Rivian:
"Rivian Service is our proactive and personal approach to vehicle care, centered around the lives of our owners.
Through remote diagnostics, a large fleet of mobile service vans staffed with Rivian Technicians, a network of service centers and a flexible loaner program, our approach to vehicle care requires very little from you."
