I got a GT 7R5G-2. I am trying to hook up an AC Compressor- I am able to start it by pressing “run” button- how would I connect the thermostat wire in order for the ac main unit to run it instead of pressing “run”. What parameter setting should I use? Thank you
Hi, I've got three HY VFD's. My HY01D523B runs a 400Hz air cooled CNC spindle that I purchased together in a package . It seems to run fine with these setting: Pd005 = 400 Pd004 = 400 Pd002 = 1 Pd070 = 1 Pd072 = 400 Pd144 = 3000 But it's set to run off 50Hz line frequency and here in the States the line frequency is 60HZ. Should I change a parameter to 60 Hz? If so, which one?
I have wired and set up the HY VFD to my motion control card using the pwm to control the spindle speed, the pwm changes the speed nicely however the spindle will fluctuate in speed +- 300 rpm. I checked the voltage from my motion control card and the voltage is steady and does not fluctuate when the spindle speed fluctuates. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know the solution? Thanks
@@huanyanginverter6516 Our voltage is staying constant and does not fluctuate but the spindle speed is. Is the VI on the VFD set up to take a pwm signal. I am using an rnr motion control card for mach3. The same issue im seeing many others have seen and I found a video of exactly whats happening to me. th-cam.com/video/1uozboD9EpE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=KDPTKnKKVZ7vp3sd

No need to change 60hz

I haven't encountered it before. If the voltage is stable, there will be no fluctuations.
