Hi Xue Ren! Do you have to cover the lid with a towl? Or is it ok that the buns get wet?
I will recommend you wrap the lid with a cloth or towel to reduce the moisture in the pot. My lid is with a little hole that allow the pressure n moisture to escape.
If the water gets to the bun than its gonna get sticky so, it's nice if they are dry😊💗
Can these made in advance and frozen?
Yes, store it in airtight container n it can last for a month. 😊
