How you can use glass cover when steaming without water drop!?
There is a small hole on the lid 😉 I did left a gap in between lid n pot as well.

How do you proof them? in steamer? On low ? These are so amazing I want to try and make them ❣️
Normally I proof them in room temperature. Unless u are in hurry, then u can proof them over a pot of warm water to speed up the proofing.😊

May I ask what the brand of food colouring powder that you used is? Is this safe for kids? Can I use gel food colouring instead?
It’s taiwan product call 釆鴻。yes, you can use gel foos coloring too. 😊

1) 我通常不趕時間會用常溫發酵

老师,想请问您在搓揉青色面团时,擀好的白色面团您是放在冷气室内还是冰箱内暂缓它的发酵呢?如果只是常温室内,它会开始发酵,这样的话卷好后不会有气泡吗?
可以放在室內用膠袋蓋起來,這個造型簡單可以很快完成。不過你也可以密封放冰箱,延緩發酵😊❤️
