Hi thanks 😊 Could possible due to dough is too wet. Mold it slightly tall during shaping, it will become shorter and rounded after steamed.

É pasta de feijão mungo. Make de feijão, óleo, açúcar e folhas de pandan (uma espécie de folhas de sabor popular na Ásia)

Over medium heat for 10 min 😊
Can I freeze it after proofing? Or freeze it after steaming? So that I can serve them in the morning.
Freeze in after steamed, it can last for up to one month but applicable to plain buns.
