Why the heck didnt Bill keep on that solo?!? His tone was monstrous and then the other 2 guys just killed the vibe.

@@johnmartin3975 I meant the line that starts "bartender pour another tell the band to turn it up..."

Indeed. He is underrated. Foster and Lloyd did not capitalize on the heat of the moment. It is often discussed among serious fans, but not by either of them why they quit. But they did. They quit. Artistic Greed is always the fingerprint of unfulfilled potential when revealed and the walked away from in this dynamic duos fortune. You can't get it back. Instead we got lame acts like Brooks and Dunn. Yuck! LAME! Their comeback album :It's already Tomorrow" is just OK. They never recaptured the frantic pace of their energized country rockabilly roots nor did they write another :Crazy Over You" Radney can write. But the pure country stuff is just that. Bill is gifted and a great tunist himself. But the sum of the parts was greater than the whole.... It would have been better for both of them if they has taken on their solo gigs and kept writing for Lobstr and Floyd. One thing is for sure, their real fans got cheated out of the songs they will never write together and will never dig out of their past time they did not spend together.
